다문화청소년의 진로장벽 인식수준에 따른 잠재집단분류 및 진로태도 차이분석: 고등학생을 중심으로

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 한국 다문화청소년들이 지각한 진로장벽 수준에 따른 하위 잠재집단이 존재하는지 분석하고, 집단분류에 영향을 미치는 생태체계 변인을 탐색하는 것에 있다. 분석에는 다문화청소년패널조사 자료가 활용하여 잠재프로파일 분석을 수행하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국 다문화청소년들이 지각한 진로장벽의 전반적인 수준에 따라 세 개의 유의한 잠재집단이 확인되었다. 진로장벽의 하위 영역(자기이해 부족, 진로 및 직업정보 부족, 경제적 어려움)에 대한 전반적 인식수준이 가장 높은 집단, 중간수준 집단과 가장 낮은 집단이 분류되었다. 둘째, 한국 다문화청소년들이 지각한 진로장벽 수준에 영향 을 미치는 요인은 개인수준에서 자아존중감, 삶의 만족도, 우울, 사회적위축, 성취동기, 교육기대수준, 가정수준에서 가구소득, 부모방임, 문화적응스트레스, 사회수준에서 부모와 교사를 제외한 사회적 지지자의 존재유무가 유의하였다. 셋째, 진로장벽 인식 수준에 따른 집단 간 진로태도(결정성, 준비성)에 유의한 차이가 존재하였다.

영문 초록

The purposes of this research were to explore latent profiles according to multicultural youths' perceived career barriers and to identify the effect of ecological variables. Differences in their career attitude were also verified. To meet these purposes, the Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study data from 7th to 8th waves were analyzed by applying latent profile analysis. The major findings were as follows: First, the perceived career barriers showed three latent profiles; the high level career barrier group, the middle level career barrier group, and the low level career barrier group. Second, the significantly affected factors determining these groups were self-esteem, life satisfaction, depression, social withdrawal, achievement motivation, educational expectation, household income, parent’s neglecting attitude, cultural adaptation stress, and social supporter. Third, the level of career determination and career preparation were significantly different according to the level of perceived career barriers. Based on these results, implications of this study were discussed.
