국문 초록

본 연구는 모래상자치료 사례 최근 연구동향을 분석하고자 한다. 국내에서 발표된 석사 및 박사학위 논문을 중심으로 2012년부터 2023년까지 모래상자치료 사례에 대한 연구동향을 분석함으로써 앞으로 모래상자치료 사례에 대한 요구 및 프로그램 개발에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공 하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 최근 발표된 국내 석사 박사학위 논문 127편을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석 기준을 위한 검색어는 모래, 모래상자, 모래상자 사례, 모래상자치료 등의 총 10가지의 핵심어를 중심으로 검색하였다. 모래상자치료는 인간의 심리적인 문제를 안전하고 지지적인 보호된 공간에서 모래와 소품을 통해 상징적으로 자신의 내적상태를 표현하는 상담기법이다. 이에 모래상자치료의 최근 동향에서 보았듯이 사회적으로 이슈화되고 있는 정신건강적인 측면에서 매체를 활용한 상담기법이 효과적인 방법으로 제공되고 있음을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze recent research trends in sandtray therapy cases. By analyzing research trends on sandtray therapy cases from 2012 to 2023, focusing on master's and doctoral dissertations published in Korea, basic data that can help develop future sandtray therapy cases and program development are provided. To do so is the purpose of this study. To this end, 144 domestic master's and doctoral dissertations recently published were analyzed. The search terms for the analysis criteria were searched around a total of 10 key words such as sand, sandtray, sandtray case, and sandtray. Sandtray therapy is a counseling technique that symbolically expresses one's inner state through sand and props in a safe and supportive and protected space for human psychological problems. Therefore, as seen in the recent trend of sandtray therapy, it suggests that counseling techniques using media are being provided as an effective method in terms of mental health, which is becoming a social issue.
