국문 초록

본 연구는 애착외상을 겪은 내담자가 암묵적 기억 안에 포함된 감각적 요소와 청각 과민성이 특징적으로 나타나고, 자율신경계가 위험을 감지하는 과정이 과활성화되면서 사회적 관계 체계가 차단된다는 근거를 제시했다. 모래상자치료는 손으로 형상화하고 3차원적인 상징형태로 표현되기 때문에 우반구 지각 세계를 활성화 하는데 적합하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 모래상자는 안전하고 보호된 성역 공간인 테메노스(Temenos)의 그릇 역할을 하며 이 치료적 공간에서 내담자가 안전하다고 느끼는 것은 치료 효과를 올리는데 꼭 필요한 첫 단계라고 할 수 있다. 이 논문은 문헌고찰을 통해 모래상자치료가 애착외상 내담자에게 매우 적합하다는 근거를 제시했다. 또한 내담자 스스로가 안전하다고 느끼는 테메노스 공간에서의 치료관계는 다미주이론의 핵심 개념 중 하나를 뒷받침하며 매우 중요한 치료요인이 된다는 근거를 제시했다는데 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study provides evidence that clients who have suffered attachment trauma are characterized by sensory elements and auditory hypersensitivity included in implicit memories, and that the autonomic nervous system is overactive in the process of detecting danger, and the social relationship system is blocked. Since sandtray therapy is embodied by hand and expressed in a three-dimensional symbolic form, it can be said that right-brain work is suitable for activating the perceptual world of the right hemisphere. The sandtray also serves as a vessel for Temenos, a safe and protected sanctuary. For clients to feel safe in this space, it can be said that it is a necessary first step to increase the effectiveness of treatment. Through a literature review, this paper presented evidence that sandtray therapy is very suitable for attachment trauma clients. In addition, the therapeutic relationship in the Temenos space, where the client feels safe, supports one of the key concepts of the Polyvagal theory. This is significant in that it presented evidence that it is a very important treatment factor.
