국문 초록

본 연구는 중년여성의 연금술에 관한 모래상자치료 사례연구이다. 본 연구기간은 2013년 12월 17일부터 2021년 12월 31일까지 총 47회기 약 8년간 실시하였다. 연구대상은 자기이해와 자아성장 및 가족관계에서 나타나는 갈등, 대립, 성장을 알아보기 위해 인생의 여정을 분석하고자 하였다. 모래상자치료 과정에서 나타난 연금술의 변화과정을 효과성 검증을 위해 매 회기마다 사진과 기록으로 진행하였으며, 전체 회기의 변화를 연금술 단계로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연금술적 변화과정은 하양단계, 빨강단계, 검정단계의 순환(circulation)과정으로 나타났다. 하양단계(Albedo stage)는 1회기에서 7회기로 나타났으며, 빨강단계(Rubedo stage)는 8회기에서 22회기로 나타났다. 검정단계(Nigredo stage)는 23회기에서 47회기로 나타났다. 또한, 빨강단계(Rubedo stage)는 하양단계와 검정단계로 반복적으로 되돌아가고 검정단계(Nigredo stage)는 하양단계(Albedo stage)와 빨강단계(Rubedo stage)로 반복적으로 되돌아가는 특징을 보여준다. 이러한 순환을 통해 연구대상자는 대극과 갈등을 경험하면서 통합되는 경험을 하였으며, 인생 후반, 중년기 여정에서 새로운 인식을 의식할 수 있었고 제2의 성숙을 경험한다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study of sandtray therapy on middle-aged women's alchemy. This research period was conducted for about 8 years from December 17, 2013 to December 31, 2021 with a total of 47 sessions. The subject of the study was to analyze the journey of life to find out the conflict, confrontation, and growth that appear in self-understanding, self-growth, and family relationships. In order to verify the effectiveness of the process of change in alchemy during the sandtray therapy, photographs and records were used for each session, and the changes in the entire session were analyzed by dividing them into alchemy stages. The process of alchemical change appeared as a circulation process of white, red, and black stages. The white stage (Albedo stage) appeared from the 1st session to the 7th session, and the red stage (Rubedo stage) appeared from the 8th session to the 22nd session. The Nigredo stage appeared from 23rd to 47th session. In addition, the red stage (Rubedo stage) shows the characteristics of repeatedly returning to the white stage and the black stage, and the black stage (Nigredo stage) repeatedly returning to the white stage (Albedo stage) and the red stage (Rubedo stage). Through this circulation, the research subject experienced the experience of being integrated while experiencing opposites and conflicts, and the study is meaningful in that it was able to be conscious of new perceptions in the later part of life and the middle-aged journey, and experienced the second maturity.
