유아 세계시민의식 평정척도 타당화 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교육기관에서 교사가 관찰한 유아의 태도를 중심으로 만 3-5세 유아의 세계시민의식을 평정할 수 있는 척도를 개발하여 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 유아교육기관에 재원중인 만 3-5세 유아 684명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 22.0을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석, 문항양호도, 공인타당도, 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였으며, 이에 대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 13개 요인이 도출되었으며, 13개 요인이 갖는 유아 세계시민의식 평정척도의 설명력은 70.06%이고, 최종 문항은 37개의 문항으로 확정되었다. 둘째, 최종 확정된 유아 세계시민의식 평정척도의 요인구조를 검증하기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 연구모형의 적합도와 문항양호도, 공인타당도 모두 적절성을 검증하였다, 셋째, 본 척도의 전체 신뢰도는 Cronbach's α .950 으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 종합해보면, 본 연구에서 개발한 유아 세계시민의식 평정척도는 신뢰할 수 있고 타당한 척도임을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the reliability and validity of a measure developed to evaluate global citizenship in 3-5 years olds, with a focus on the attitudes observed by teachers in early childhood education institutions. Data were collected from 684 young children enrolled in such institutions. Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, item quality, recognized validity, and reliability verification were conducted using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0, and the research results are as follows. First, exploratory factor analysis derived 13 factors, explaining 70.06% of the preschool global citizenship evaluation scale, with 37 confirmed questions. Second, Second, confirmatory factor analysis verified the factor structure of the final scale and the suitability of the research model, item quality, and validity. Third, the overall reliability of this scale was confirmed with Cronbach's alpha 0.950. Therefore, the measure is a valid and reliable means of evaluating global citizenship in preschool children.
