국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비보육교사의 보육실습 후 면담을 통해 나타나는 의미를 분석하여 예비보육교사를 위한 지원방안을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 대상자는 15명의 예비보육교사들로 2022년 6월부터 8월까지이며, 보육실습이 끝난 8월에 개별면담을 토대로 자료가 수집되었고, 이를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 예비보육교사로서의 역할수행을 하며 보육실습을 통해 실천적 전문지식을 경험하였다. 둘째, 보육실습교사임에도 불구하고 담임교사로서의 역할 수행강요와 과도한 업무량과 영유아부적응 행동지도에 어려움을 나타내었다. 셋째, 예비보육교사로서의 성장과 실천적 지식 함양을 통해 교사의 역할 인식을 하였다. 넷째, 낮은 직무만족도와 보육교사직의 두려움을 호소하고, 실습운영의 불만족을 갖는 의견을 표현하였다. 본 연구를 통해 보육실습 마친 예비보육교사들의 이야기에 귀 기울이고 면담 내용을 분석하여 의미를 탐색하고 보육실습의 질 향상을 지원하는 방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 의의를 둔다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a support plan for pre-primary childcare teachers by analyzing the meaning of their experiences through interviews after childcare practice. The subjects of this study were 15 pre-nursing teachers from June to August 2022, and data were collected based on individual interviews in August after the childcare practice was completed, and analyzed. As a result of the study, first, he played a role as pre-primary childcare teachers and gained practical expertise through childcare practice. Second, despite being pre-primary childcare practice teachers, they found it difficult to perform the role of a homeroom teacher, had an excessive workload, and faced difficulties in guiding infants and young children with maladaptive behavior. Third, the role of pre-primary teachers was recognized through their growth and practical knowledge cultivation. Fourth, they complained of low job satisfaction and fear of pre-primary childcare teacher positions, and expressed dissatisfaction with practical management. Through this study, it is meaningful to listen to the stories of pre-primary teachers who have completed childcare practice, analyze the interview contents to explore their meaning, and provide basic data on ways to support the improvement of the quality of childcare practice.
