하늘고등학교 학교조직기술 활용에 관한 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 페로우(Perrow)가 제시한 조직기술 유형, 즉 일상적 기술, 장인 기술, 공학적 기술, 비일상적 기술 등 4가지 유형을 토대로, 하늘고등학교의 학교조직기술 활용에 관한 사례를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 하늘고에서는 학교장의 교육적 철학을 바탕으로 한 학교경영방침에 의거하여, 학생 진로선택형 교육과정 중심의 교수학습의 질 제고를 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 페로우(Perrow)가 제시한 조직기술 유형별로 학교조직기술을 활용하고 있었다. 하늘고의 학교조직기술 활용에 관한 사례 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 일상적 기술(routine)의 활용이다. 1) 교실순회, 2) 수업시간 종소리, 3) 모닝스파크(Morning Spark) 프로그램 운영 등을 규칙적인 루틴(routine)으로 체계화해 놓고 있었다. 두 번째, 장인 기술(craft)의 활용이다. 1) 수업에 대한 인식부터 시작하여, 2) 수업컨설팅제도, 3) 수업성찰을 위한 수업 설문 및 시상, 4) 교육과정 성찰을 위한 학교장과 보직자와의 면담, 5) 교육적 성찰을 위한 교사연구포럼(TRF; Teacher’s Research Forum) 운영 등을 지속적으로 실시하고 있었다. 세 번째, 공학적 기술(engineering)의 활용이다. 1) (표준)인증공학적 기술 영역으로서 디플로마 제도(졸업인증서) 운영, 2) 정보공학기술 영역으로서 큰사넷(CNSA-net) 운용, 3) 건축공학기술 영역으로서 교육과정 친화적 학교공간의 설계가 이루어져 있었다. 네 번째, 비일상적(nonroutine) 기술이다. 학교조직 구조의 원활한 운영을 위하여 “의사소통 및 의사결정을 위한 협의 시스템”을 운영하고 있었다. 이처럼, 학교조직에서는 교육목적을 달성하기 위한 방향으로, 과제의 특성에 따른 조직기술 유형(일상적 기술, 장인 기술, 공학적 기술, 비일상적 기술)에 기반하여 학교조직기술을 합리적으로 활용할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze cases of the use of school organizational technology at Haneul High School based on four types of organizational technology proposed by Perrow: daily technology, artisan technology, engineering technology, and non-routine technology. According to the school management policy based on the principal's educational philosophy, Haneul High School used school organizational technology for each type of organizational technology proposed by Perrow to improve the quality of teaching and learning centered on the student career-selective curriculum. The results of the case analysis on the use of Haneul High School's school organizational technology are as follows. The first is the use of routine technology. 1) The classroom tour, 2) the sound of bells during class, and 3) the operation of the Morning Spark program were organized into regular routines. The second is the use of craft technology. 1) Starting with the perception of the class, 2) the class consulting system, 3) the class survey and awards for class reflection, 4) the principal and the staff for curriculum reflection, and 5) the Teacher's Research Forum (TRF) for educational reflection were continuously operated. Third, it is the use of engineering technology. 1) (Standard) The Diploma system (graduation certificate) was operated as a certified engineering technology area, 2) the CNSA-net operation as an information engineering technology area, and 3) the curriculum-friendly school space was designed as an architectural engineering technology area. Fourth, it is a nonroutine technology. For the smooth operation of the school organization structure, the 'consultation system for communication and decision-making' was operated. As such, school organizations need to reasonably utilize school organizational technology based on the types of organizational technology (routine technology, craft technology, engineering technology, and nonroutine technology) according to the characteristics of the task.
