국문 초록

본 연구는 예비유아교사 현장교육역량 함양 방안을 모색하기 위하여 교육실습생의 실습일 지 일과평가에 나타난 단어들의 양상과 주요 단어 쌍의 내용을 살펴보았다. 실습생들의 일 지에 많이 등장한 단어들은 ‘유아’, ‘생각’, ‘수업’, ‘놀이’, ‘교사’ 등이 있었고 이 단어들은 연결중심성도 높아 예비유아교사들 실습일지의 핵심 키워드로 규명되었다. 또한 ‘아쉽다’, ‘재미있다’, ‘배우다’, ‘어렵다’ 등의 실습생의 감정이나 상태를 표현하는 동사, 형용사 등도 자주 출현하였다. 동시출현빈도가 높은 단어 쌍은 ‘유아-놀이’, ‘유아-상호작용’ 이 있었는 데, ‘유아-놀이’ 단어가 연결된 문장에는 ‘함께’, ‘관찰’, ‘지도’, ‘갈등’, ‘안전’ 등의 단어가 자주 나타났다. ‘유아-상호작용’ 단어가 연결된 문장에는 ‘방법’, ‘발문’, ‘생각’, ‘이해’ 등의 단어가 함께 나타나는 경향이 있었다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사들은 유아의 놀이를 이 해하고 지원하기 위해 큰 노력을 기울이고 있고, 실습일지 작성을 통해 반성적 사고와 자기 성찰의 기회를 가질 수 있었음을 의미한다. 또한 정서적 평가를 학습의 기회로 발전시키고 유아와의 상호작용에 대한 고민과 성찰을 지속하고 있다는 점도 함께 논의하였다. 이는 교 육실습 체계 및 교사양성 방안에 긍정적 변화가 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study looked at the aspects of words and the contents of keyword pairs in the daily evaluation of trainees' practice diaries in order to find ways to develop on-the-job training competency for pre-service early childhood teachers. Words that appeared frequently in trainees' diaries were 'infant', 'thought', 'class', 'play', and 'teacher', and these words were identified as keywords in the practice diaries of pre-service early childhood teachers due to their high connection centrality. In addition, verbs and adjectives that express trainees' feelings or states, such as 'regretful', 'interesting', 'learning', and 'difficult', appeared frequently. Word pairs with high co-occurrence frequency were 'children-play' and 'children-interaction'. In sentences related to 'children-play', words such as 'together', 'observe', 'guide', 'conflict', 'safety', etc. frequently appeared. Words such as 'method', 'question', 'thought', and 'understanding' tended to appear together in sentences in which the word 'infant-interaction' was connected. Based on these results, trainees make significant efforts to understand and support children's play. Through writing diaries, they have opportunities for reflective thinking and self-examination. They also develop emotional evaluation as a learning opportunity. The discussion included that they continue to contemplation and reflection on interactions with children. This indicates a need for positive changes in the education practicum system and teacher training methods.
