국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 은퇴를 앞둔 중년남성의 은퇴준비가 삶의 만족도와의 관계에서 건강한 부부관계를 통한 은퇴불안의 매개된 조절효과를 검증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 406명의 은퇴를 앞둔 남성들의 은퇴준비, 삶의 만족도, 은퇴불안, 건강한 부부관계를 측정하였고, SPSS 21.0와 PROCESS(모델 14)를 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 은퇴를 앞둔 중년남성들의 은퇴준비는 건강한 부부관계 및 삶의 만족도와의 정적 상관이, 은퇴불안과의 부적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 은퇴를 앞둔 중년남성의 은퇴준비와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 은퇴불안의 매개효과가 유의하였다. 셋째, 은퇴불안과 삶의 만족도의 관계를 건강한 부부관계가 조절하였다. 넷째, 은퇴준비가 은퇴불안을 매개로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 주는 간접효과를 건강한 부부관계가 조절하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between "retirement preparation" and "life satisfaction" among middle-aged men who were near retirement. A total of 406 men participated in this study and their retirement preparation, life satisfaction, retirement anxiety, and healthy marital relationship were measured. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and PROCESS macro 3.4. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the retirement preparation had a positive correlation with healthy marital relationships and life satisfaction. On the other hand, their retirement preparation had a negative correlation with retirement anxiety. Second, there was a significant mediating effect of retirement anxiety in the relationship between retirement preparation and life satisfaction. Third, the relationship between retirement anxiety and life satisfaction was modulated by the subfactors of healthy marital relationships. Fourth, healthy marital relationships moderated the indirect effect of retirement preparation on life satisfaction through retirement anxiety.
