계량서지 분석을 이용한 상담 수퍼바이저 해외 연구 동향 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 상담 수퍼바이저 관련 해외 연구 동향을 살펴본 후, 상담 수퍼바이저 연구의 주요 특징 및 그 경향성을 파악하고 향후 수퍼바이저 관련 연구 방향 및 시사점을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2023년 1월까지 Web of Science(WOS)에서 수퍼바이저 관련 연구물 중 총 80편의 논문을 대상으로 빅데이터 기반 계량서지 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과로 첫째, 1992년 첫 연구를 시작으로 연구 빈도는 다소 낮은 편이나 현재까지 총 80편의 연구가 꾸준히 진행되었고 미국에서 가장 활발히 연구와 연구 인용이 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가장 많은 인용된 저자는 Nicholas Ladany로 나타났으며, 연구의 경우는 Kilminster와 Jolly의 연구(2000)로 나타났다. 셋째, 키워드의 경우 Supervision가 가장 빈번하였으며, 키워드 플러스의 경우 Psychotherapy가 가장 빈번하게 나타났다. 마지막으로 키워드 네트워크 분석 결과를 시각화하여 제시한 후 이를 바탕으로 상담 수퍼바이저 관련 연구물에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to analyze the characteristics and trends of supervisor-related research and provide future research directions and implications. A big data-based measurement bibliography analysis was conducted using the Web of Science (WOS) on 80 papers published until January 2023. The findings revealed several key insights: supervisor-related research has been consistently conducted since 1992, albeit with a relatively low volume. The United States emerged as the most active country in terms of research and citations. Nicholas Ladany was identified as the most cited author in the field, while Kilminster and Jolie (2000) were prominent contributors in the studies. The keyword analysis demonstrated that "Supervision" appeared most frequently as a standalone keyword, while "Psychotherapy" was commonly associated in keyword combinations. Lastly, the results of the keyword network analysis were visually presented, providing a comprehensive overview of the relationships between different keywords. These findings have important implications for future supervisor-related research.
