국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 체육 수업에서 교사의 정서적 지지와 회복 탄력성의 관계를 알아보고, 두 변인 사이에서 관계성은 매개변수로 역할을 하는지를 알아보는 데 있다. J도 중학교 305명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였고, 상관관계분석과PROCESS 프로그램을 이용하여 매개 회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 체육 수업에서 교사의 정서적 지지와 관계성, 회복 탄력성은 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육 수업에서 교사의 정서적 지지와 회복 탄력성의 관계에서 관계성은 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 체육 수업에서 교사는 학생들을 수용하고 지지하며 원만한 관계를 형성할 때 학생들은 어려운 상황이나 역경 등을 잘 극복하고 적응하며 안녕과 성장에 도움을 줄 수있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the relationship between emotional support by the teacher and students' resilience in physical education classes and explored whether relationality played a mediating role in these two variables. This study included 305 middle school students from J Province. Correlation analysis and mediation regression analysis were conducted using the PROCESS program. The results were as follows. First, significant correlations were found between emotional support by the teacher, relationality, and students' resilience in physical education classes. Second, relationality had a mediating effect on the relationship between emotional support by the teacher and students' resilience. The results of this study imply that students successfully overcame difficulties or adversities when the teacher accepted the students and built a good relationship with them in physical education classes. It could also facilitate their adaptation to school life and enhance their development and growth.
