예비교사들의 수학 교과 역량 중심 수업 설계 지식 양상과 수준

국문 초록

교과 역량 중심의 수학교육이 강화되고 있는 현실에서 학생들의 교과 역량 함양은 교사의 수업 설계로부터 시작되는 점에 착안하여, 본 연구는 예비교사들의 수학 교과 역량 중심 수업 설계 지식의 양상과 수준을 분석하였다. 예비교사들이 설계한 수업 자료에 근거하여 수학 교과 역량 중심의 수업 설계 지식인 KID의 양상을 살펴본 결과 수업 내용에 따라 반영한 교과 역량이 달랐고, 핵심 개념을 중심으로 한 내용 구조화는 연결성 측면에서 나타났으며, 교수·학습 과정, 과제, 평가에서 교과 역량이 제대로 드러나지 못한 경우가 있었다. 습득, 의미 이해, 전이의 수준에서 교과 역량 함양 정도를 분석한결과, 예비교사들의 과제 설계 지식은 다른 분야에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났고 평가 설계에서 평가 준거를 설정하는 지식이부족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 예비교사들은 교과 역량 중심 수업을 전이보다 의미 생성 수준에 중점을 두고 설계한 것으로나타났다. 이에 따라 예비교사 교육과 교사 교육에 시사하는 점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

To strengthen mathematical competency, this study analyzed the aspects and levels of pre-service teachers' knowledge of instruction design focused on mathematical competency. The result showed that instruction design knowledge focused on mathematical competency, was different depending on the class content, and the structure of content centered on core concepts was represented in connectivity, and there were cases where the mathematical competency was not properly unleashed in the teaching and learning process, task, and assessment. In analyzing the degree of mathematical competency at the level of acquisition, meaning generation, and transfer, it showed pre-service teachers' task design knowledge level was higher than others, while the knowledge to set rubric in assessment design was not sufficient. In addition, it was found that the class was designed with a focus on the level of meaning generation rather than transfer. Based on the results, the implications for pre-service teacher education and teacher education were discussed.
