고령운전자의 운전 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 현재 운전을 수행하는 고령자를 대상으로 운전수행의 의미를 확인하고, 향후 고령자의 안전한 운전을 수행을 위한 계획 수립 시 활용할 수 있는 기초자료로 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 총 5명의 연구참여자를 대상으로 현상학적 연구방법으로 수행하였다. 연구자가 연구참여자에게 운전에 대한 인터뷰를 시행하였고, 인터뷰 내용을 녹음 후 전사하여 심층적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 본 연구는 인터뷰의 내용을 통해서 3개 범주의 13개 주제 모음, 31개의 주제로 나누었다. 연구결과: 범주는 운전수행의 제약, 주행 형태의 변화, 대처방안 모색이었다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해서 고령운전자의 운전수행의 의미를 확인할 수 있었다. 향후의 연구에서 고령운전자의 안전한 운전을 위한 정책과 제도를 마련하는 과정에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective : The purpose of this study is to confirm the meaning of driving performance for the elderly who are currently driving and to present it as basic data that can be used when planning for safe driving of the elderly in the future. Methods : This study was conducted with a phenomenological study method targeting a total of 5 participants. The researcher interviewed the research participants about driving and the interview contents were recorded and transcribed for in-depth analysis. Results : This study was divided into a collection of 13 themes in 3 categories and 31 themes through the contents of the interview. The categories of study results were restrictions on driving performance, changes in driving patterns, and finding countermeasures. Conclusion : Through this study, it was possible to confirm the meaning of elderly drivers' driving performance. In future studies, it can be used as basic data in the process of preparing policies and systems for safe driving of elderly drivers.
