국문 초록

본 연구는 지역아동센터의 안전 강화와 관련된 도로교통법과 건축물 관리법 개정에 따라 시행되는 정책에 대한 수용성에 위험 인식과 혜택 인식이 미치는 영향과 함께 혜택 인식의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2021년 (사)전국지역아동센터협의회의 지역아동센터 아동의 안전한 보호를 위한 실태조사에 참여한 642개 기관의 설문자료를 활용하여 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과에서 지역아동센터의 위험에 대한 인식과 정책에 따른 혜택 인식은 안전 관련 정책 수용성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 위험 인식과 정책 수용성의 관계에서 혜택 인식은 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 기반으로 하여 지역아동센터의 안전 관련 실태에 대한 명확한 조사와 정보 제공 및 교육이 이루어져야 하며, 정책 반영을 위한 실질적인 지원과 동시에 혜택에 대한 명확한 안내가 필요함을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of risk perception and benefit perception on the policy acceptability implemented in accordance with the revision of the Road Traffic Act and the Building Management Act related to the safety enhancement of community child centers, as well as the moderating effect of benefit perception. For this purpose, an moderated multiple regression was conducted using data from 642 participants in the survey for the safe protection of children in community child centers of the National Council of Community Child Centers in 2021. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the risk perception and the benefit perception had an effect on policy acceptability. Also, in the relationship between risk perception and policy acceptability, benefit perception has a moderating effect. According to the results, it was suggested that a clear investigation of the safety-related situation of community child centers, information provision, and education should be carried out and that practical support for policy reflection and clear guidance on benefits are needed at the same time.
