한국어 학습자 대상 인터넷 매체 쓰기 교육을 위한 문의 텍스트 분석

국문 초록

한국어 쓰기 교육에서는 인터넷 매체의 사용이 일상화된 현실을 반영하여 인터넷 매체 쓰기를 더욱 적극적으로 교수학습할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 다양한 매체와 장르에 속하는 실제 텍스트를 분석하여 그 결과를 인터넷 매체 쓰기 교육의 내용으로 변환하여야 한다. 이 글에서는 그동안 이메일에 비해 다른 매체에 대한 연구가 부족했다고 보아 인터넷 게시판의 문의 텍스트를 제목과 본문의 구성 및 언어 형식을 중심으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 문의 텍스트의 제목은 핵심 내용을 담은 명사구 형식으로 가장 많이 작성되며, 본문은 문의를 하게 된 배경과 문의가 필수적인 구성요소로 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이외 인사말과 호칭 부르기, 문의 요약, 부탁하는 말, 감사 인사는 선택적으로 출현하였다. 의사소통의 주요 목적인 문의하기를 위해서는 ‘-나, -는지, -을까’의 의문형의 종결어미와 ‘-는지’에 ‘궁금하다’류의 동사가 결합한 형식이 가장 빈번하게 사용된다는 것을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

In Korean writing education, it is necessary to more actively teach and learn to write on the Internet by reflecting the reality that the use of Internet media has become commonplace. To this end, it is necessary to analyze the actual texts belonging to various media and genres and convert the results into the contents of Internet media writing education. In this article, since research on other media has been lacking compared to e-mail, the text of inquiries on Internet bulletin boards was analyzed focusing on the composition of the title, body, and language use. As a result, it was found that the title of the inquiry text is most often written in the form of a noun phrase containing the core content, and the background of the inquiry and the inquiry appear as essential components in the body. In addition, greetings, calling titles, summarizing inquiries, requesting words, and thanksgiving appeared selectively. It is suggested that the most frequently used form is the ending of the interrogative form, ‘-na, -neunji, -eulkka’ and combination of the verb ‘I wonder’ and ‘-neunji’ in order to inquire, which is the main purpose of communication.
