학부 유학생 대상 학문 목적 한국어 말하기 수업을 위한 교수요목 설계 방안

국문 초록

본고는 대학 학부 유학생을 대상으로 개설하는 학문 목적 한국어 말하기 수업의 교수요목을 설계하여 제안하는 것을 목표로 한다. 교수요목 설계의 절차에 따라 학습자 요구조사를 실시한 결과, 학부 유학생들은 학문적 맥락에서 이루어지는 한국어 말하기 활동에 전반적으로 큰 부담을 느끼고 있었고, 특히 한국 학생들과 함께 상호작용하는 소집단 토의와 토론, 발표에 큰 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 학습자의 요구조사 결과를 분석하여 일반 학문 목적 한국어 말하기 수업의 목적과 목표를 설정하고, 이를 위한 교육 내용 범주, 교육 내용과 방법, 배열과 조직에 대하여 고찰하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 교수요목을 설계하고 교육 자료를 개발할 수 있는 기초를 마련하였다. 이 연구 결과는 수업을 전문적이고 체계적으로 계획하여 학부 유학생들이 학문적 말하기 능력을 함양하도록 이끄는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to design and propose a syllabus of Korean speaking classes for academic purpose for undergraduate foreign students. As a result of conducting a learner's demand survey according to the syllabus design procedure, undergraduate foreign students were generally burdened with Korean speaking activities in an academic context, especially with small group discussions and debates interacting with Korean students, and presentations. By analyzing the results of the learner's demand survey, the purpose and goal of the Korean speaking class for general academic purposes were set, and the category of educational content, educational content and method, arrangement, and organization were considered. Through this process, we laid the foundation for designing syllabus and developing educational materials. The findings could help plan classes systematically and effectively, leading undergraduate foreign students to develop academic speaking skills.
