유아교사의 디지털 역량 내용 구성 방안

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 문헌, 인터뷰, 요구조사에 기초하여 유아교사의 디지털 역량 내용을 구성하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 관련 선행연구 분석, 교사 및 교수 7명의 그룹인터뷰, 전문가 내용타당도, 유치원과 어린이집 교사 209명의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문헌 및 인터뷰에 기초하여 구성된 유아교사의 디지털 역량 내용(안)은 7개 영역 33개 역량이었다. 둘째, 요구조사에서 유아교사의 디지털 역량 내용(안)의 필요 수준과 현재 수준은 유의미한 차이가 있었다. Borich 요구도와 The Locus for Focus 모델에서 ‘역량 8(프로그램 용어와 알고리즘 논리 이해)’를 제외하면 집중적 또는 어느 정도 관리가 필요한 역량으로 나타났다. 셋째, 요구조사 결과에 근거하여 역량 8을 삭제하고, 최종 유아교사 디지털 역량을 7개 영역(디지털 교육정책 및 교육과정 이해, 디지털 정보 및 문해력 습득, 디지털 활용 교육 실행 및 콘텐츠 창조, 디지털 교육환경 운영, 디지털 활용 의사소통 및 협력, 디지털 시민의식 함양, 디지털 전문성 개발) 32개 내용으로 구성하였다. 유아교사의 디지털 역량 증진을 위해서 체계적인 교육과 함께 디지털 환경구성을 위한 정부의 재정적 지원 등을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to compose the contents of the digital competence for early childhood teachers based on literature, interviews, and surveys. For this purpose, prior research analysis, group interviews with 7 teachers and professors, expert content validity, and a survey of 209 kindergarten and daycare center teachers were conducted. The research results are as follows: First, the contents of digital competence(draft) for early childhood teachers, which were constructed based on literature, group interviews, and content validity, consisted of 33 competencies in 7 areas. Second, as the result of the survey, there was a significant difference between the required level and the current level of the digital competence (draft) for early childhood teachers. In the Borich needs and The Locus for Focus model, it was found to be the competence requiring intensive or moderate management excluding ‘competence 8(programming terms and understanding algorithm logic)’. Third, based on the survey results, competence 8 was deleted, and the final digital competence for early childhood teacher was composed of 7 areas(digital education policy and understanding curriculum, acquisition of digital information and literacy, implementation in education and content creation using digital, and management of digital education environment. digital communication and cooperation using digital, fostering digital citizenship, and digital professional development) and 32 competencies. In order to enhance the digital competence for early childhood teachers, systematic education and financial support from the government for the construction of a digital environment are needed.
