과정 중심 평가에 따른 중학교 기술과 수행평가 도구 개발 및 적용

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 기술과 교수・학습 및 평가의 개선을 위한 것으로, 2015 개정 교육과정의 성취기준을 바탕으로 과정 중심 평가에 따라 적합한 수행평가 도구를 개발하고 적용하고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 과정 중심 평가에 관한 개념과 절차를 탐색하였다. 수행평가 주제 및 과제 개발은 교과역량, 성취기준, 학년, 주제, 학습량 등을 고려하여 구안하였다. 개발된 자료는 내용의 적절성, 현장 적합성 등에 대해 교과 전문가 검토를 통하여 보완하였다. 최종 개발된 자료 일부는 학교 현장에 적용하여 그 의도와 효과가 드러나는지 확인하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2015 개정 교육과정에 기초하여 중학교 기술과에 적합한 과정 중심 평가형 수행평가 도구 4개를 개발하였다. 둘째, 개발한 수행평가 도구는 과정 중심 평가의 취지를 살리기 위하여 ‘1) 문항 정보표’, ‘2) 교수·학습 활동 및 평가 계획’, ‘3) 교수·학습과정안’, ‘4) 수행평가 과제 및 예시 답안’, ‘5) 채점 기준’, ‘6) 평가에 대한 피드백’을 포함하도록 구성하였다. 셋째, 개발한 수행평가를 학교에 실제 적용한 결과 학습자의 흥미와 만족도, 교사의 수업 개선 의지 등에서 긍정적인 반응이 나타났다. 넷째, 과정 중심 평가의 취지를 살리기 위해 개발한 수행 평가도구의 효과적인 적용 방안을 제안하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 과정 중심 평가의 취지에 맞게 중학교 기술과 수업의 바람직한 개선 및 더욱 발전된 수행평가 도구가 개발되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop an appropriate performance assessment instrument according to the course-oriented evaluation based on the achievement standards of the 2015 revised curriculum. For this study, concepts and procedures for process-oriented evaluation were explored. The development of the subject and task for performance assessmentwas devised in consideration of subject competency, achievement standards, grade level, subject, and amount of learning. The developed instruments were supplemented through the review of subject matter experts for the relevance of the content and the field suitability. Some of the finally developed data were applied to the school and the effect was confirmed. The results of this study are as follows. First, based on the 2015 revised curriculum, four process-oriented evaluation-type performance assessment instruments suitable for the middle school technology subject were developed. Second, the developed performance assessment instrument was structured as follows to bring out the purpose of process-oriented evaluation: ( 1) Questionnaire information table , 2) Teaching/learning activities and evaluation plan , 3) Teaching/learning process plan , 4) Performance evaluation task and sample answers , 5) Scoring criteria , 6) It was composed to include feedback on evaluation ). Third, as a result of practical application of the developed performance assessment to schools, positive responses were found in learners interest and satisfaction, and teachers willingness to improve teaching & learning. Fourth, an effective application method of the performance assessment instrument developed was proposed to bring out the purpose of process-oriented evaluation. It is expected that, through this study, desirable improvement of middle school technology subject and a more advanced performance assessment instrument will be developed in line with the purpose of process-oriented evaluation.
