앙리 르페브르의 관점에서 바라본 어울림초등학교 리듬분석 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 앙리 르페브르의 관점을 기반으로 어울림초등학교의 리듬을 분석함으로써 학교문화를 다차원적이고 심층적으로 분석할 수 있는 연구방법적, 실천적 기초를 마련하는 것에 있다. 또한 혁신학교가 만들어내는 조화리듬과 부정리듬을 통해 학교문화의 변화를 위한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 리듬분석을 위해 초등학교 리듬진단 체크리스트를 바탕으로 수집된 자료는 학교일상에 대한 현상학적 진단, 선형적 리듬과 순환적 리듬의 관계성 분석, 지배적 리듬의 생성과정 파악, 조화리듬과 부정리듬, 차이리듬 규명이라는 4단계의 절차를 거쳐 분석되었다. 이를 통해 어울림초등학교에 존재하는 조화리듬을 환대, 신뢰, 친교, 화합, 상생, 헌신으로 나타낼 수 있었고 부정리듬을 강박, 열등감, 소진, 방임, 저항, 단절로 구별할 수 있었다. 조화리듬은 순환성을 형성하며 학교문화의 변화를 만들어 냈고 조화리듬의 형성과정에서 파생되는 다양한 어려움으로 인해 부정리듬이 만들어지고 있었다. 또한 부정리듬을 제거하고 조화와 안정으로 나아가기 위한 완화, 보완, 재생의 전략에 따른 차이리듬을 파악할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 리듬 사이의 관계성을 분석함으로써 지배적인 리듬을 형성하는 조련으로서의 교사들의 시간 사용 시스템, 학교 주체별 리듬의 양상과 그것을 만들어내는 다양한 의례, 학교의 시간성과 공간성의 변화를 파악할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study aims to lay a methodological and practical foundation for multidimensional and in-depth analysis of school culture through rhythmanalysis of Eoulim Elementary School based on the perspective of Henri Lefebvre. This study also aims to suggest the direction of change in school culture through eurhythmia and arrhythmia created by the Innovative Schools. The data collected based on the Elementary School Rhythmanalysis Checklist were analyzed in four steps: (1) phenomenological analysis of school life, (2) analysis of the relationship between linear and cyclical rhythms, (3) identification of the process by which the dominant rhythm is generated, and (4) identification of eurhythmia, arrhythmia, and differential rhythms. Through this, the eurhythmia of Eoulim Elementary School could be identified with hospitality, trust, friendship, harmony, coexistence, and dedication. the six eurhythmia formed circulation and changed the school culture. The arrhythmia in Eoulim Elementary School was found to be an obsession, inferiority complex, exhaustion, neglect, resistance, and disconnection. The majority of the arrhythmia of the school were created through various difficulties that result from the formation of eurhythmia. Eoulim Elementary School was creating a differential rhythm to eliminate arrhythmia and move toward harmony and stability. Also, by analyzing the relationship between the various rhythms, it was possible to grasp the temporality of teachers who establish the dominant rhythm during a week, the aspects of the rhythm for each subject of the school, the various rituals that create it, and the changes in the temporality and spatiality of the school.
