국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 음악교수내용지식과 음악교수효능감의 관계에서 음악에 대한 태도의 매개효과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시와 경기도에 위치한 어린이집에 재직 중인 보육교사 304명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 수집된 자료의 분석은 SPSS 27.0 활용 및 상관분석, 3단계 중다회귀분석과 Sobel test로 매개효과를 알아보았다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 음악교수내용지식과 음악교수효능감, 그리고 음악에 대한 태도 간에는 모두 유의미한 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 음악교수내용지식과 음악교수효능감의 관계에서 음악에 대한 태도(인지적 차원, 감정적 차원)는 부분매개효과를 나타내어 보육교사의 음악교수내용지식은 음악교수효능감에 직접적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 음악에 대한 태도의 매개를 통해서도 음악교수효능감에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 보육교사가 지닌 음악교수내용지식이 음악교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 중재하기 위해 교사 양성과정과 현직교사교육에서 즐거운 음악경험과 적용 가능한 음악교수방법 및 음악활동의 사례 제공을 통해 보육교사가 지니는 음악에 대한 긍정적 태도를 향상시킬 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to figure out the mediating effects of the attitude toward music in the relationship between the music teaching content knowledge and the music teaching efficacy in childcare teachers. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 304 childcare teachers who are working at child care centers where are located in Seoul Metropolis and Gyeonggi Province. The analysis of the collected data was examined the mediating effects by using SPSS 27.0 with correlation analysis, 3-step multiple regression analysis, and Sobel test. As a result of the research, first, a significant positive correlation was shown in all the relationships among the childcare teacher’s music teaching content knowledge, music teaching efficacy, and attitude toward music. Second, the attitudes toward music(cognitive dimension, emotional dimension) reflected a partial mediation effect in the relationship between the childcare teacher s music teaching content knowledge and music teaching efficacy. Thus, the childcare teacher s music teaching content knowledge can be known to have a direct positive impact on music teaching efficacy and to have an influence upon the music teaching efficacy even through the mediation of the attitude toward music. These research results suggest that there is a need to enhance the positive attitude toward music that childcare teachers have through providing the pleasant music experience, the applicable music teaching method, and the example of music activities in the teacher training course and the in-service teacher education in order to allow the music teaching content knowledge possessed by childcare teachers to have an effect on the music teaching efficacy.
