국문 초록

본 연구는 자기표현의 어려움이 있는 아동을 둔 부모의 주관적인 인식을 바탕으로 아동의 미술치료에 관한 부모 만족을 탐색하고 이를 유형화하여 그 특성을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. Q방법론을 적용한 본 연구는 자기표현의 어려움이 있는 아동을 둔 부모를 대상으로 반 구조화된 면담과 문헌조사를 통해 Q모집단을 구성하여 총 40개의 Q표본 진술문을 선정하였다. 부모 30명을 대상으로 Q표본 진술문을 Q표본 분포도에 중요도 순으로 배치하도록 하였다. QUANL 프로그램을 활용한 분석 결과, 아동의 미술치료에 대한 부모 만족 유형이 5가지로 분류되었다. 제1유형은 ‘치료사와의 동맹관계 만족형’으로 부모와 치료사의 치료적 동맹의 중요성을 인식하는 특성을 나타냈고, 제2유형은 ‘미술치료의 매체 효과 만족형’아동들의 감정을 해소하는 과정으로 미술치료 활동 자체로서 만족하는 특성을, 제3유형은 ‘아동의 적극적 표현 변화 만족형’으로 변화가 가시적일 때 만족을 보이고 있으며, 제4유형은 ‘아이의 특성 이해 만족형’으로 미술치료를 통해 아동의 특성을 이해할 수 있는 것에 의미를 두고 있다. 마지막 제5유형은 ‘부모의 역할 성장 만족형’으로 아동이 자기표현을 원활하게 할 수 있도록 부모의 노력이 중요함을 인식하는 유형으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구대상과 지역의 한계점이 있으나 아동의 미술치료에 대한 부모 만족 인식유형과 특성을 이해하여 미술치료의 질적 향상을 위한 기초자료가 되는 데 의미가 있으므로 이를 바탕으로 의의와 제한점을 기술하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore, categorize, and examine the characteristics of parents satisfaction with art therapy for children with difficulty in self-expression based on their subjective perception. This study, which applied the Q methodology, formed a Q population through semi-structured interviews and literature surveys for parents with of children with difficulty in self-expression and selected a total of 40 Q sample statements. For 30 parents, Q sample statements were placed in the order of importance in the Q sample distribution chart. As a result of the analysis using the QUANL program, there were five types of parental satisfaction with children s art therapy. The first type is was “satisfaction with the therapist,” which recognized the importance of the therapeutic alliance between parents and therapists. The second type was “satisfaction with the media’s effect of on art therapy.” and The third type is was “satisfaction with children.” The last type was the “parent role growth satisfaction type,” which recognized the importance of parents efforts to facilitate self-expression by children. This study’s the significance lies in how meaningful it is to understand the type and characteristics of parental perceptions of satisfaction with art therapy for children, although there are limitations in the subject and region.
