유아교사를 위한 안전교육 모듈 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사들이 필요로 하는 안전교육 모듈을 개발하는데 있다. 안전 전문가 40명을대상으로 실시한 델파이 조사 결과를 바탕으로 안전교육 모듈 요구도 설문지를 제작하고 유아교사 261명을 대상으로 안전교육 모듈 요구도를 조사하였다. 그리고 유아교사 및 원장 9명을 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 요구도와 면담 분석 및 선행연구 결과를 토대로 유아교사를 위한 안전교육 모듈을 개발하였다. 안전교육 모듈은 사고 예방과 사고 대처 두 가지 학습영역으로 구성되며 사고 예방 학습영역에는 유아 발달특성과 안전사고, 유아교육기관 시설설비 안전관리, 유아교육기관 안전교육 세 가지 학습내용을 포함하고, 사고 대처 학습영역에는 사고 유형별 응급처치, 사고보고서 작성 및 부모와의 소통 두 가지 학습내용을 포함하였다. 본 연구결과는 안전교육 모듈 개발의 단초가 되어 향후 연속적인 모듈 개발의 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a safety training module for early-childhood teachers. 40 experts conducted the Delphi survey and 261 teachers were respondents in this study. Additionally, interviews were conducted with 9 early childhood teachers and directors. Based on an analysis of the needs and interviews, a safety training modules for early childhood teachers was developed. The safety training modules consisted of two learning areas of “accident prevention” and “coping with accidents.” Accident prevention consisted of understanding child development characteristics and accidents, facilities for safety management in early childhood educational institutions, and safety education for early childhood educational institutions. Coping with accidents consisted of first aid by accident type, preparing accident reports, and communicating with parents. The results of this study are expected to be the basis of continuous safety module development in the future as it is the beginning of the development of safety training module.
