어린이집 교사의 누리과정 자율장학에 대한 경험

국문 초록

본 연구는 J 도의 육아종합지원센터에서 운영한 누리과정 자율장학을 경험한 어린이집 교사의 경험에 대한 탐구이다. 자료는 누리과정 자율장학에 참여한 어린이집 교사 4인을 대상으로 2014년 2월 26일부터 2014년 7월 31일까지 수업협의, 서술식 질문지, 자율장학 보고서, 인터뷰를 통해 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 누리과정 자율장학은 1) 협의하기, 2) 실행하기, 3) 반성하기, 4) 공유하기의 과정을 가졌다. 누리과정 자율장학을 경험한 어린이집 교사들은 1) 유아 참여의 수업으로 전환하기, 2) 통합적 접근 수업 지향하기, 3) 수업 개선의 에너지 퍼뜨리기의 변화가 있었다. 교사들은 누리과정 자율장학에 자발적인 참여는 아니었지만 참여를 통해 누리과정 재구성에 대한 변화의 주체가 되어 지속적으로 변화의 주체가 되었다. 본 연구는 지자체 단위의 소모임 교사교육에 대한 장기적인 심화교육의 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aimed explore the experience of teachers at different daycare centers who have participated in an autonomous supervision program of the Nuri curriculum. The materials were collected from four teachers through class meetings, autonomous supervision reports and in-depth interviews based on a narrative questionnaire from Feb. 26, 2014 to July 31, 2014. Results show that the process of autonomous supervision of Nuri curriculum is 1) negotiating, 2) executing, 3) reflecting, and 4) sharing. Nursery school teachers who experienced autonomous supervision of the Nuri curriculum developed into teachers who 1) converted their methods for infant participation in class, 2) aimed to conducted a class with an integrated approach, and 3) spreaded positive energy toward improving classes. The teachers were obligated to take part in the program but they became transformed in the Nuri curriculum reconstruction through participation. Therefore, the study suggests the necessity for long-term, small-group, in-depth teacher education at the local government level.
