국문 초록

본 연구는 고교학점제의 안정적 도입을 위한 학교 운영 체제와 학교 문화의 모습을 탐색하고, 선행 과제를 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구 고찰 후 고등학교 교장, 교사, 학생, 학부모가 참여하는 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고교학점제는 정권의 변화와 무관한 지속성과 일관성 있는 교육철학과 신념의 형성이 중요하고, 사회적 합의가 도출되어야 한다. 둘째, 고교학점제와 대학입시제도의 연계가 필요하다. 즉 학생들의 진로와 연관된 과목을 이수하고 이를 통해 원하는 대학에 진학할 수 있도록 대학입시제도 개혁이 필요하다. 셋째, 안정적인 교원 수급이 중요하다. 고교학점제와 관련한 연구학교 및 선도학교들의 공통적 요구사항 중의 하나가 바로 교사 수급과 관련되어 있다는 점에서 장기적 관점에서 교원수급 정책을 재조정할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 고교학점제를 위한 인적, 물적, 제도적 차원의 교육인프라 구축이 긴요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the school operating system and school culture for the stable introduction of the High School Credit System (HSCS), and to suggest prior tasks. To this end, Focus Group Interview (FGI) was conducted in which the principal, teachers, students, and parents participated after reviewing previous studies. The main research results are as follows. First, it is important for the HSCS to form an educational philosophy and belief that is consistent with continuity regardless of changes in government, and social consensus must be drawn. Second, it is critical to link the HSCS and the college entrance exam system. In other words, it is necessary to reform the college entrance examination system so that students can complete courses related to their career path and enter the desired university. Third, a prerequisite for the introduction of the HSCS is to secure a stable supply of teachers. Since one of the common requirements of HSCS research schools and leading schools is related to teacher supply and demand, it is necessary to reconsider the teacher supply and demand policy from a long-term perspective. Lastly, it is essential to establish an educational infrastructure for the HSCS. Educational infrastructure includes human, material, and institutional dimensions.
