국문 초록

본 연구는 전문대학의 신입생 충원 현황 분석 결과를 바탕으로 전문대학의 학생 모집 전략을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 기존 연구의 결과물인 문헌을 통해 자료를 수집하는 문헌연구법을 사용하였다. 전문대학 신입생 충원율은 1999년 104.3%에서 2021년 84.4%로 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 전문대학은 학생 모집 전략으로 매년 입시 계획 수립, 학생과의 친밀감 향상 프로그램, 전체 학과 면접 실시, 타 대학 대비 경쟁력 있는 홍보, 경쟁력 있는 학과 신설, 입학처의 확대, 입학 관련 총장의 리더십 등이 추진되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest a student recruitment strategy for junior colleges based on the results of analysis on the new student recruitment status of junior colleges. As a research method, the literature research method was used to collect data through the literature, the result of previous research. It was found that the enrollmeAs a student recruitment strategy, junior colleges should promote the establishment of an annual entrance exam plan, a program to improve intimacy with students, interview with all departments, competitive promotion compared to other colleges, new departments with competitiveness, expansion of admissions offices, and leadership of the president of admissions.nt rate for freshmen at junior colleges decreased from 104.3% in 1999 to 84.4% in 2021.
