입체조형 활동 집단미술치료가 유아의 창의성과 행복감에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 입체조형 활동 집단미술치료가 유아의 창의성과 행복감에 효과가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울시 D 구의 H 유아놀이 학교 6세반 유아 24명으로 참여 희망에 부모의 동의서를 받은 총 24명의 유아를 연구 대상자로 선정하였으며, 각 12명씩 실험집단과 통제집단으로 무선 배치하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 기간은 2019년 9월 3일부터 2019년 12월 31일까지이며, 사전검사와 사후검사를 제외한 총 18회기 프로그램을 실험 집단에게 주 1회 90분씩 실시하였다. 연구 도구로는 유아 종합 창의성 검사와 유아 행복 척도를 사용하였다. 자료 분석에 앞서 창의성 검사의 각 항목에 대한 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 ICC 값을 산출하여 본 연구자를 포함한 총 4명의 채점자 간 신뢰도를 측정하였고, 연구결과의 양적 분석을 위해 IBM SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 대응 표본 t 검정(Paired Sample t-test)을 실시하여 변화를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 입체조형 활동 집단미술치료는 창의성의 4개 하위 요인 변화에서 통계적으로 유의미한 효과를 보였다. 둘째, 입체조형 활동 집단미술치료는 행복감의 9개 하위 요인인 중 6가지 하위 요인에서 통계적으로 유의미한 효과를 보였다. 셋째, 프로그램 단계별 활동 내용 분석에서 다양한 미술 매체를 활용하여 주체적으로 조작해보는 경험은 유아들의 창의적 표출을 도왔고, 이를 통해 발현된 몰입 및 만족감은 행복감 향상에 변화를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether group art therapy using a three-dimensional modeling activity, positively affects children’s creativity and sense of happiness. The subjects of the study were 24 children in the 6-year-old children s play school in D-gu, Seoul, and a total of 24 infants who received parental consent to participate. The study period spanned from September 3, 2019 to December 31, 2019, and a total of 18 sessions of the program were conducted for the experimental group once a week for 90 minutes. As research tools, the infant comprehensive creativity test and infant happiness scale were used. In order to increase the reliability of each item in the creativity test, the ICC value was calculated, and the reliability was measured among a total of four scorers, including this researcher to analyze the change. As a result, first, group art therapy with three-dimensional modeling showed a statistically significant effect in the change of four creativity sub-factors. Second, the three-dimensional modeling activity group art therapy showed a statistically significant effect in 6 of 9 happiness sub-factors. Third, the experience of independently manipulating the use of various art media in the activity content analysis for each stage of the program helped children creatively express themselves and the feelings of immersion and satisfaction expressed through such that creative expression helped children improve their sense of happiness. Based on these results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.
