언어 임상실습 평가척도 개발을 위한 델파이 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 언어 임상감독에서 필수적인 요소를 확인하여 언어 임상실습의 평가 체계를 구축하고자 한다. 문헌연구 및 기존의 임상감독 척도들을 검토하여 진단/평가, 치료/중재, 상담, 보고서 작성, 태도 5개의 범주를 중심으로 전문가집단 타당도 과정을 거쳐 설문지를 개발하였고, 35명의 감독자에게 델파이 조사를 시행하였다. 진단/평가에서는 대상자에게 적절한 표준화 검사도구를 선택, 절차에 따른 검사 시행과 규준에 근거한 결과 기술 및 해석이 중요하였다. 치료/중재에서는 대상자 수준을 고려한 치료목표 설정, 목표와 관련된 활동을 대상자에게 적절하게 조절하는 것에서 긍정률이 높았다. 치료목표와 활동을 보호자에게 쉬운 용어로 상담하는 것과 성실한 자세, 전문가로서의 윤리를 준수하는 것 역시 높은 긍정률을 보였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 언어 임상실습 평가척도는 임상감독 체계를 갖추는 데 기여하고, 실습평가의 공정성을 갖추기 위한 기준으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study seeks to establish criteria for evaluation of clinical practice by identifying factors that supervisors consider important when providing speech language clinical supervision. For evaluation items the questionnaire was developed through a feasibility study of 10 experts, and Delphi surveys were conducted on 35 speech-language clinical supervisors. First, regarding assessment, selecting the standardized test tools, complying with the test procedures, interpreting the test results in accordance with the norm, and reporting the diverse test results comprehensively are the most important elements. Second, in the treatment category, setting up the goals appropriate for the subjects, planning activities that are relevant with treatment goals, monitoring the trainees’ input appropriate for each subject’ characteristics were found to be most significant items. In the counseling category, informing the caregivers of the treatment objectives and activities in easy terms were found to be important. Lastly, the result indicated that the trainees should prepare for the treatment in advance and have the professional work ethics. The current study can make contributions to establishing the systematic foundation for clinical practice supervision and providing the standard for fair evaluation of trainees.
