국문 초록

본 연구는 교육지원청에서 근무하게 된 한 초임 장학사의 경험에 관한 자전적 내러티브이다. 교사에서 장학사로 직위가 바뀌고, 학교에서 교육지원청으로 업무 수행 환경의 변화로 직면하게 된 혼란에 중점을 두었다. 이러한 혼란을 구체화하기 위해 성찰일지, 동료 장학사와의 대화 내용, 관련 문헌 등과 같은 현장텍스트를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 초임 장학사가 경험하는 혼란은 직위 변화로 인한 정체성 혼란, 장학사 전문성에 대한 혼란, 교육지원청 문화 수용과 적응의 어려움으로 나타났다. 새로운 환경에서 경험한 혼란은 그 자체가 낯선 것이었다. 그러나 혼란은 단순히 스트레스만을 유발하는 성가신 것이 아니었다. 혼란은 오히려 성찰을 촉진하고 성장으로 이끄는 자양분이 되고 있었다. 즉, 성찰적 글쓰기 과정에서 ‘나’ 자신을 돌아보게 되었고, 이러한 반성적 성찰은 성장에도 조금씩 작용하고 있음을 인식하게 되었다.

영문 초록

This study is an autobiographical narrative about the experience of a newly appointed supervisor working district office of education. The focus was on the confusion faced by the change of position from teacher to supervisor and of work environment from school to the district office of education. To materialize this confusion, field texts such as reflection diaries, conversations with fellow supervisors, and related literature were collected. As a result of the study, the confusion experienced by a newly appointed supervisor was identified as identity confusion due to position change, confusion in supervisor professionalism, and difficulty in accepting and adapting to the culture of the district office of education. The confusion experienced in the new environment was in itself strange. However, confusion wasn’t just annoying, causing only stress. Rather, confusion promoted reflection and became a nourishment leading to growth. In other words, in the process of reflective writing, I began to look back on myself, and I came to recognize that this reflective reflection is also working little by little in my growth.
