국문 초록

본 연구는 자유학기제 진로지도 코치로서 연구자가 현장에서 느낀 진로지도프로그램의 문제를 해결하기 위한 목적으로 출발하였다. 특히 진로지도프로그램의 잘못된 이해에 대한 비판에서 시작하여 여러 가지 문제점들을 보완할 수 있는 새로운 프로그램을 설계하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 Pinar의 쿠레레 방법을 바탕으로 한 글쓰기 활동을 진로지도와 연결하여 프로그램을 구성하고자 하였다. 이와 관련된 연구문제로 첫째, 기존의 진로지도프로그램을 개선하기 위한 대안적 접근을 찾아보고 두 번째는 셀프 내러티브 기반의 스토리텔링 글쓰기 프로그램은 어떻게 개발해야 하는가에 관해 논의하고 마지막으로 글쓰기 프로그램을 활용할 때 어떤 점에 유의해야 하는 가를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 진로지도의 방향이 오로지 대학 입시만을 향해 있는 현 시점에서 대입이 아닌 내러티브 정체성 함양을 위하여 다른 방향으로 진로와 직업을 바라보는 패러다임의 전환을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to design a program that complements various problems, starting with criticism of the misunderstanding of the career guidance program that the researcher felt in the field as a career guidance coach for the free semester system. In this study, the writing activities based on Pinar s Currere method are linked to career guidance to construct a program. As a related research problem, the first is to find an alternative approach to improve the existing career guidance program and the second is to discuss how to develop a storytelling-based writing program using self-narrative, and the third is to look at what to pay attention to when using a writing program. Through inquiry into these problems, it was proposed to shift the paradigm of looking at careers and careers in a direction other than college assignment, at the present time when the direction of career guidance is only toward college entrance exams.
