청소년 미술치료의 국내외 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 최근 10년 동안 발표된 국내외 청소년 미술치료 연구동향을 살피고 비교 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 2010년부터 2019년에 발표된 KCI, SCIE, SSCI, ESCI, A&HCI 등재 학술지 172편을 연도별 & 연구 영역별, 연구대상별, 연구방법별, 연구내용별로 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내의 연구 빈도수는 2015년에 가장 높았으며 해외는 비슷한 빈도를 유지하였다. 또한, 연구 영역에서는 국내외 모두 미술치료 과정 및 성과 연구가 가장 많이 연구되었다. 둘째, 연구대상은 국내외 모두 10명에서 29명 사이의 집단으로 이루어져 있는 경우가 가장 많았으며 국내는 문제행동, 해외는 외상 경험이 있는 내담자를 대상으로 한 연구가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구방법 분석결과, 국내는 혼합연구가, 해외는 경험적 연구가 많았으며, 주당 치료 회기와 회기당 치료시간, 치료 총회기는 각각 국내는 주 1회, 60분, 10에서 19회기, 해외는 주 1회, 90분, 1에서 9회기 진행이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 국내외 모두 객관검사를 측정도구로써 많이 사용하였으며, 심리 정서와 관련된 주제를 다룰 때 가장 많이 사용된 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자료 내용분석과 독립표본 t 검정을 자료분석 방법으로 주로 사용하였다. 넷째, 연구내용에서 국내는 자기 관련 변인, 해외는 심리 정서 변인을 주로 다뤘으며, 국내외 모두 단일프로그램보다 다른 중재를 접목한 프로그램을 개인과 집단치료에서 주로 사용하였다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 청소년을 대상으로 한 향후 미술치료 연구의 방향에 대해 논의하고 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine and compare the research trends of adolescent art therapy published in Korea and abroad over the last 10 years. 172 papers published in indexed journals from 2010 to 2019 were analyzed by year & type of research, objects of study, study method, study content. The results are as follows: First, the frequency of domestic research was the highest in 2015 while overseas was maintained at the similar rate. Also, the art therapy process/results contents examined the most in both at home and abroad. Second, research subjects composed as groups of 10 to 29 in both domestic and overseas the most. Also, domestic had subjects with problem behavior while overseas had subjects with trauma experience the most. Third, domestic frequently used mixed-methods studies while overseas used empirical studies in analysis of research methods. Also, most treatment in domestic conducted once a week for 60 minute within 10 to 19 sessions, while treatment in aboard conducted once a week for 90 minute within 1 to 9 sessions. Both domestic and abroad used objective tests as a measurement tools and most of them were used with topics related to psychological emotion. In addition, data content analysis and independent sample t tests were frequently used as data analysis methods in domestic and abroad. Fourth, domestic studied self-related variables the most while overseas studied psychological emotions variables the most. Based on the results, this paper discussed and suggested to proposed the future direction of adolescent art therapy.
