발달장애성인 미술치료 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 2001년～2020년까지 발달장애성인의 미술치료에 대한 국내 학위 및 학술지논문을 분석하고 연구의 흐름과 변화를 살펴보았다. ‘발달장애’, ‘지적장애’, ‘자폐장애’를 검색하였고 ‘성인 미술치료’를 변인으로 한 논문 49편을 분석하였다. 발표연도, 연구대상, 연구주제, 연구방법, 프로그램 내용 영역으로 나누어 빈도와 백분율을 구하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 발표유형에 따른 동향은 학위논문 36편, 학술지논문 13편으로 2004년～2011년까지 1～2편 발표되다가 2012년 이후 3～9편으로 꾸준한 연구가 이루어졌다. 둘째, 연구대상의 장애유형은 지적장애가 43편으로 가장 많았고, 성별에서는 남녀 혼합 연구가 32편으로 가장 많았으며, 대상인원은 5～10명으로 구성된 집단 연구가 가장 많았다. 셋째, 연구주제는 정서 및 심리 관련 연구가 33편으로 가장 많았으며, 넷째, 연구방법 유형에서는 양적연구가 21편으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 연구설계에서는 단일집단실험연구가 가장 높은 분포를 보였으며, 치료회기는 11∼20회기, 주당 회기 수는 1회, 시간은 60분이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 프로그램의 내용별 유형은 미술치료기법만으로 진행한 연구가 36편으로 가장 많았으며, 프로그램 진행에 사용된 매체는 다양한 미술재료를 사용한 혼합매체 연구가 가장 많이 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 향후 발달장애성인의 미술치료 연구 방향성에 도움이 되고자 한다.

영문 초록

This study is to compare and analyze domestic degrees and academic papers on art therapy for adults with developmental disabilities and examine the flow of research and research changes, from 2001 to 2020. For the subject, Developmental Disorder , Intellectual disability , and Autism Disorder were searched, and 49 research papers with Art Therapy were divided by year of presentation, research subject, research method, program content, frequency and percentage were obtained using technology statistics and frequency analysis. The results of research are: first, the trends according to the type of presentation were 36 dissertations and 13 academic papers. And One or two were published between 2004 and 2011, and then since 2012 three to nine studies have been conducted steadily. Second, in the type of disability of the study subjects, intellectual disability was the most with 43 pieces, and in gender, the male and female mixed study was the most with 32 pieces, and the most group studies consisting of 5 to 10 people were found to be the report showed. Third, the research topic was 33 emotional and psychological studies. Fourth, 21 quantitative studies were the highest in the type of research methods, in the study design, single-group experimental studies showed the highest distribution, with 11-20 sessions of treatment, one session per week, and 60 minutes of time. Fifth, the most type of program was 36 studies conducted solely on art therapy techniques, and the media used showed the largest number of mixed media studies using various art materials. Based on the above results, it will be helped the direction of future art therapy research for adults with developmental disabilities.
