포르멘의 원리에 기초한 형태소묘(Form Drawing) 지도법의 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 포르멘 선묘(Form Drawing)의 학습원리에 기초한 초등학교 아동들의 선 체험을 중심으로 한 독자적인 형태소묘 지도법을 단계적으로 개발하는 것이다. 특히, 신체의 움직임과 음악적 리듬과 전통문양의 내면 체험을 살린 형태소묘 지도법을 단계적으로 개발하고, 이 셋의 통합적 활동에 기초한 형태소묘 지도법을 개발하여 아동의 이미지 확장을 통한 창조적인 표현력을 향상시키고 아울러 신체와 감성의 조화를 통한 인성교육을 함께 도모하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 문헌연구와 조사연구(설문조사 등)를 병행하였다. 문헌연구에서는, 먼저 현행 초등학교 미술교과서에서 선과 형태교육에 기초한 내용요소가 있는 단원의 내용을 분석하고 둘째, 위의 분석내용과 초등미술관련 형태교육이나 포르멘 연구에 관한 문헌자료에 기초하여 각 연구내용 분야에 따른 형태 소묘 지도법개발을 위한 활동프로그램 지도 계획을 수립하였다. 셋째, 각 연구내용 분야에 따른 형태 소묘 지도법을 개발하여 단계별 활동내용의 흐름을 설정하였다. 넷째, 개발된 지도법을 각 연구내용 분야별로 실험 실기를 통해 아동들에게 실제 적용하는 과정에서 수정, 보완하며 보다 바람직한 형태소묘지도법을 개발하였다. 연구의 내용은 1) 신체의 움직임과 연계한 선 체험, 2) 음악과 리듬에 기초한 이미지 선 체험, 3) 전통문양과 연계한 선 체험, 4) 움직임과 음악과 전통문양을 연계한 통합적 형태체험의 네 가지 분야의 형태소묘지도법을 단계적으로 개발하였다. 평가는 진행과정에서 중간연구발표회와 연구결과 평가회를 통해 연구 성과의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 선과 형태표현에 자신감을 가질 수 있는 형태소묘 지도법을 단계적으로 개발하여 제시함으로써 자유로운 표현활동을 통해 미술표현력 신장을 시도하고, 어린이의 정서조화나 인성교육에도 기여하는 기초연구로서 그 활용 가치가 크다 하겠다.

영문 초록

This purpose of this study is to develop an distinctive teaching method of form drawing by centering on the line experience of elementary school children based on the teaching principles of Formenzeichnen theory. We expect to upgrade children s capacity for creative expression and to contribute to the advance of humanitarian education by integrating these three activities into our distinctive teaching methods. This major contents of our study are to develop four kinds of teaching methods for form drawing in serials such as (1) the line experience in link with body movements, (2) the image line experience based upon musics and rhythm, (3) the line experience as regards to traditional patterns, (4) the integrated form experiences from body movement, musics, and traditional patterns. The results of our study indicate that children s expressive ability in the area of form drawing has been upgraded to a remarkable degree. The practical examples are: (1) expressing the line and form more freely and diversely, (2) being more confident with observing and evaluating the nature and things out there, and moreover with practicing artistic activity based on empowered sensitive imagination, (3) richer creative expression diverting from the prior stark expression, (4) upgrading of feeling expression by use of rhythmic senses, (5) showing more interests in traditional drawing experiences as well as of basic designing ability, (6) upgrading of interests and participation with drawing lesson through new art activities, and (7) revealing richer sentiment, cooperative attitude, and sociability. Thus, this study with the major findings listed above may yield very positive educative results in classroom activities largely owing to those side effects as children s harmonious mentality and personality construction.
