사회적 지지 척도의 타당성 검증: 뇌성마비 아동 어머니를 대상으로

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 이재림과 옥선화(2011)가 개발한 사회적 지지 척도가 뇌성마비 아동 어머니의 사회적 지지 정도를 측정하는데 타당한 도구인지를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 뇌성마비 아동 어머니 202명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하고 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 요인분석을 적용하였는데, 요인구조를 확인하기 위한 확인적 요인분석과 요인구조를 탐색하기 위한 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 라쉬분석은 개별문항의 적합도, 난이도 및 평정척도의 적합도를 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 문항개발 당시 제시된 4 요인구조의 적합도를 확인적 요인분석을 통해 알아본 결과 적합하지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 문항들을 재배치 한 후 요인구조를 확인한 결과 총점과 하위 척도 점수의 적용이 가능한 이중 4 요인구조가 적합함을 확인할 수 있었다. 신뢰도 분석 결과 총 문항의 신뢰도 및 개별 요인의 신뢰도는 Cronbach α가 .70 이상으로 받아들일 수 있는 수준으로 나타났다. 라쉬분석을 통해 개별문항의 적합도를 확인한 결과 부적합한 문항은 없는 것으로 나타났으나 문항의 난이도 측면에서 난이도가 높은 문항들이 추가될 필요성이 제기되었다. 평정척도의 적합도를 알아본 결과 5점 리커트 척도는 사회적 지지를 측정하기에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 뇌성마비 아동 어머니의 사회적 지지에 대한 앞으로의 연구에서는 이 연구에서 재배치된 이중 4 요인구조를 활용하여 결과를 분석하는 것이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify whether the social support scale is a valid tool to measure the degree of social support for mothers with children suffering from cerebral palsy. Data were collected from 202 such mothers, and confirmatory factor analysis to verify the factor structure and exploratory factor analysis to determine the factor structure were performed. Rash analysis was conducted to determine the appropriateness of individual items, the degree of difficulty, and the suitability of the rating scale. It was found that the suitability of the four-factor structure presented in previous studies was not found through confirmatory factor analysis, and the bi-four factor relocating the items through exploratory factor analysis was proposed and the fitness of this model was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability analysis found that the reliability of the total questions as well as the sub-factors were found to be acceptable for Cronbach α at over 0.70. As a result of confirming the suitability of each item through Rash analysis, it was found that there were no inappropriate items, although there was a need to add items with high difficulty. After determining the suitability of the rating scale, the five-point Likert scale was found to be suitable for measuring social support. In future studies on social support for mothers with children suffering from cerebral palsy, it is imperative to analyze the results using the bi-four factor structure rearranged in this study.
