교류분석의 재결정을 활용한 프로그램이 전자장치부착 성폭 력범죄자의 임파워먼트, 자율성 및 대인관계에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교류분석의 재결정을 활용한 프로그램이 전자장치부착 성폭력범죄자의 임파워먼트, 자율성, 대인관계에 미치는 효과를 확인하는 데 있다. 참가신청자 30명을 실험집단, 비교집단, 통제집단에 각각 10명씩 무선 배정하여, 사전·사후검사를 실시하였다. 실험집단은 교류분석 재결정을 활용한프로그램을 총 12회기 동안 받았으며, 비교집단에게는 자아성장 프로그램을 총 12회기 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과와 지속성을 검증하기 위해 사전점수를 공변인으로 하고, 사후검사를 종속변인으로하여 공변량(ANCOVA)분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다, 첫째, 세 집단 비교 결과에서교류분석 프로그램이 전자장치부착 성폭력 범죄자의 임파워먼트를 증가시키는 데 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 셋째, 교류분석 프로그램이 전자장치부착 성폭력범죄자의 대인관계에 유의미한 증가를보여 주었다. 즉, 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 대상자들은 비교집단과 통제집단에 비해 긍정적으로효과가 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 전자장치부착 성폭력범죄자가 일상생활에 적응하는 데 있어서갈등과 정서적, 심리적 부분을 다루는 교정 관련 임상현장에서 활용할 수 있도록 자료를 마련했다는점이 큰 성과라 할 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 전자장치부착 성폭력범죄자들을 대상으로 맞춤형 프로그램이 다양하게 개발되어야 할 것이다. 또한 전문가와의 유기적 협조체제 구축과 교정기관 및 시설 내전자장치부착 담당자들이 전자장치부착 성폭력범죄자를 위한 프로그램 개입의 중요성을 인식할 필요가있다고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to confirm the effects of a program utilizing the re-determination of exchange analysis on the empowerment, autonomy, and interpersonal relationships of sexual violence criminals with electronic devices. Thirty participants were wirelessly assigned to the experimental group, the comparison group, and the control group, respectively with 10 participants, and pre- and post-tests were conducted. The experimental group received a program using exchange analysis re-determination for a total of 12 sessions, and the comparison group conducted a total of 12 self-growth programs. In order to verify the effectiveness and persistence of the program, an analysis of covariate(ANCOVA) was conducted with the pre-score as a covariate and the post-test as the dependent variable. The results of the study are as follows. First, the exchange analysis program was effective in increasing the empowerment of sexual violence criminals with electronic devices. Second, it was statistically significant in increasing the spontaneity of sexual violence criminals with electronic devices. Third, it showed a significant increase in the interpersonal relations of sexual violence criminals with electronic devices. Such a result is a big achievement in the fact that the basic data have been prepared so that it can be used in the clinical field related to correction, which deals with conflict, emotional and psychological aspects in adjusting to daily life of sexual violence criminals with electronic devices. Based on this, various customized programs should be developed for sexual violence criminals with electronic devices. In addition, it is clear that it is necessary to establish an organic cooperative system with experts and to recognize the importance of intervention in programs for criminals of sexual violence with electronic devices by correctional institutions and facilities in charge of electronic devices.
