중년여성의 성공적 노화 인식

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 Q 방법론을 적용하여 중년여성의 성공적 노화 인식 유형을 파악하고 이해하는데 있다. 연구는 심층면담을 통해 Q 모집단을 구성하여 Q 방법론에 정통한 교수 3인과 연구자가 조정하여 Q 모집단을 대표할 수 있는 50개의 Q표본을 선정하였으며 25명의 중년여성이 P-표본으로 선정되었다. 자료수집은 2018년 12월부터 2019년 2월까지 약 3개월이었으며 PQ Method program을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 중년여성의 성공적 노화 인식은 5가지 유형으로 분류되었으며 1유형 ‘건강순응형’, 2유형 ‘욜로형’, 3유형 ‘자녀성공형’, 4유형 ‘성숙형’, 5유형 ‘이상형’이었다. 본 연구결과 중년여성의 성공적 노화 인식 5가지 유형에는 건강한 삶, 여가, 경제력이 뒷받침되며, 지혜와 성숙, 긍정적인 사회적 지지체계를 공통적으로 인식하고 있다. 본 연구를 통해 각 유형의 주관적 측면의 이해를 높이고, 통찰력을 제공하여 앞으로 중년여성들의 성공적 노화를 맞이할 수 있도록 도와 줄 수 있는 효과적인 간호전략을 연구하고 개발하는데 필요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to apply Q methodologies to identify and understand the type of successful aging perception in middle age. The study organized the Q population through in-depth interviews to select 50 Q samples that could represent the Q population by coordination with three professors and researchers familiar with the Q methodology, and 25 middle-aged women were selected as P-samples. The data collection was about three months from December 2018 to February 2019 and was analyzed using the PQ Method Program. According to this study, middle-aged women s perception of successful aging was divided into five types: Type1 health adaptation type, Type2 yolo type, Type3 the success of one s children type, Type4 maturity type and Type5 ideal type. As a result of this study, the five types of successful aging perceptions of middle-aged women are supported by healthy life, leisure, and economic power, and they all recognize wisdom and maturity, and a positive social support system. This study is expected to be the basic data necessary for researching and developing effective nursing strategies that can help middle-aged women face successful aging in the future by enhancing understanding of each type of subjective aspect and providing insight.
