국문 초록

뇌졸중 장애인의 재활운동 및 체육에 대한 생각이나 운동 참여 경험에 대한 근본적인 의미를 담고 있는 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이 연구는 뇌졸중 장애인의 복합형 운동 중재 프로그램 참여에 대한 의미와 인식, 프로그램 참여에 대한 경험을 심층적으로 이해하고 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 복합형 운동 중재 프로그램에 참여한 뇌졸중 장애인 10명을 연구참여자로 선정하였으며, 심층면담을 통하여 수집된 자료를 질적연구방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 2개의 하위범주(프로그램 참여 경험, 프로그램 개선 방안)를 도출하였으며, 8개의 핵심개념(프로그램 참여로 향상된 부분, 프로그램의 장점, 나에게 맞는 운동방법, 프로그램 진행 시 자리배치, 프로그램 지도자의 중요성, 프로그램 참여 시 힘들었던 점, 개인별 맞춤형 프로그램 제공 필요, 게임방식 변경)으로 확인되었다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 퇴원 이후 지역사회에 거주하고 있는 뇌졸중 장애인들을 대상으로 실시한 복합형 운동 중재 프로그램은 추후 뇌졸중 장애인의 특성을 고려한 재활운동 및 체육 프로그램이 개발되는데 기초가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

A study is a lack of research that contains fundamental meanings about the idea of rehabilitation sports or experience of exercise participation for stroke. The purpose of the present study was to understand combined exercise intervention program participation experience in people with stroke. The subjects were 10 people with stroke who participated in the combined exercise intervention program. The data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed by qualitative research method. As a result, two subcategories (program participation experience, improvement plans for programs) were derived and eight key concepts (improvements in participation in programs, merits of programs, the right way to exercise for me, placement of positions during program, importance of program instructor, difficulties in participating in programs, need to provide personalized programs, and changes in game methods) were identified. Based on the results of this study, the combined exercise intervention program for stroke living in the community after discharge is expected to be the basis for the development of rehabilitation sports programs considering the characteristics of stroke.
