국문 초록

본 연구는 조손가정 청소년의 스마트폰 중독과 또래애착의 사례연구이다. 스마트폰은 우리 생활에 편리함과 엄청난 변화를 가져왔으며 그 부작용에도 심각하다. 스마트폰에 중독된 청소년들은 우울, 불안, 불면증을 호소한다. 이는 일상생활, 학교생활, 그리고 가상세계 지향성, 내성, 금단까지 심각성이 매우 높아지고 있다. 본 사례연구는 대상관계이론에서 주장하는 위니캇의 안아주는 환경 즉, 모성적 돌봄의 상담기법을 활용하였다. 본 연구대상은 16세(여) 청소년으로 부모의 이혼 이후 외조모와 함께 사는 조손가정의 청소년이다. 상담기간은 2020년 5월부터 2020년 07월까지 총 11회기 진행하였다. 본 내담자에게 개인상담 사전과 사후에 스마트폰 중독과 또래 애착 검사를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 상담결과, 스마트폰 사용 빈도는 줄어들었으며 가족 간의 소통도 원활하였으며, 상담초기에 부정적인 욕사용과 단절된 대인관계를 호소하였는데 상담후기에는 비교적 긍정적인 언어사용과 자신의 진로 등의 삶의 목표 등을 표현하였다. 이는 내담자를 모성적 돌봄의 충분히 안아주는 환경에서 상담을 한 결과라 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is a case study of smartphone addiction and peer attachment among adolescents from grandparents. Smartphones have brought convenience and tremendous changes to our lives, and their side effects are also serious. Teenagers who are addicted to smartphones complain of depression, anxiety, and insomnia. This is very serious in everyday life, school life, and virtual world orientation, tolerance, and withdrawal. This case study utilized Winnicott s hugging environment, which is a counseling technique of maternal care, asserted in the object relations theory. The subject of this study is a 16-year-old (female) adolescent who lives with her maternal grandmother after the parents divorce. The consultation period was held in a total of 11 sessions from May 2020 to July 2020. Smartphone addiction and peer attachment tests were conducted before and after personal counseling to this client. As a result of this study, the frequency of use of smartphones was reduced, communication between families was smooth, and negative swearing and disconnected interpersonal relationships were appealed at the beginning of the consultation. Etc. This can be said to be the result of counseling in an environment that fully embraces the client for maternal care.
