장애자녀를 둔 부모의 양육스트레스가 배우자지지와 부부갈등, 자기효능감을 매개로 결혼만족도에 미치는 자기-상대방효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 장애자녀를 둔 부모의 양육스트레스와 결혼만족도에서 배우자지지와 부부갈등, 자기효능감 각각의 자기-상대방 상호의존 매개모형(Actor-Parter Interdependent Model mediation Model: APIMeM)을 통해 자기효과와 상대방효과를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 서울, 부산, 대구, 인천, 광주, 대전, 울산, 경기, 강원, 충북, 충남, 전북, 전남, 경북, 제주, 세종에 거주하는 장애자녀를 둔 부모 255쌍의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 장애자녀를 둔 부모의 양육스트레스는 배우자지지와 부부갈등, 자기효능감을 매개로 하여 결혼만족도에 간접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 양육스트레스와 배우자지지, 부부갈등, 자기효능감이 결혼만족도에 미치는 자기효과와 상대방효과를 살펴본 결과 자기효과는 부모 각각의 자기-자기효과 단순 간접효과(부의 양육스트레스 → 배우자지지, 부부갈등, 자기효능감 → 결혼만족도, 모의 양육스트레스 → 배우자지지, 부부갈등, 자기효능감 → 결혼만족도)에서 유의미한 결과를 나타냈으며, 상대방효과는 부의 상대방효과는 유의하였으나 모의 상대방효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 후속연구에 대한 제언과 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study on parents of children with disabilities was twofold: a) to verify mediated effects of marital support, marital conflict, and self-efficacy on their parenting stress and marital satisfaction; and b) to describe actor and partner effects of those factors with Actor-Partner Interdependent Model mediation Model (APIMeM). Questionnaires on parenting stress, marital satisfaction, marital support, marital conflict, and self-efficacy were completed by 255 parents of children with disabilities in 16 different cities including Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Incheon, Gwangju, Daejeon, Ulsan, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Chungbuk, Chungnam, Jeonbuk, Jeonnam, Gyeongbuk, Jeju, and Sejong. The findings of this study were as follows. First, the parenting stress affected marital satisfaction indirectly by mediation of marital support, marital conflict, and self-efficacy. Second, there was a significant actor effect on actor-actor effect and simple indirect effect (paternal parenting stress → marital support, marital conflict, and self-efficacy → marital satisfaction, marital conflict, and self-efficacy → marital satisfaction). While there was a significant paternal partner effect, no significant maternal partner effect was observed. The suggestions of follow-up studies and implications were discussed based on the findings of this study.
