중등교사 직무스트레스 대처 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

본 연구는 중등교사 직무스트레스 대처 척도를 개발하고, 타당도를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 예비문항 추출을 위해 선행연구를 고찰하고 기존 직무스트레스 대처 관련 척도 및 중등교사 개별 면담과 설문 자료를 분석했으며, 예비문항의 내용 타당도를 검증하였다. 선정된 예비문항으로 중등교사 343명에게 설문조사를 했으며, 최종문항 선정을 위해 수집된 설문 응답 자료에 대한 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과 5개의 하위요인(문제중심적 대처, 자기주장적 대처, 지원추구적 대처, 정서완화적 대처, 관계중심적 대처)으로 이루어진 28문항의 척도가 개발되었다. 개발된 척도의 타당화를 위해 중등교사 373명을 대상으로 설문을 실시했으며, 수집된 자료에 대한 확인적 요인분석을 실시했다. 개발된 척도의 타당도 검증을 위해 스트레스 대처 척도, 교사 직무스트레스 척도, 교사 직무만족도 척도, 교사 소진 척도와의 상관관계를 확인했으며, 그 결과 개발된 척도는 5요인의 28문항이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and measure the validity of secondary school teachers’ job stress coping scale. In order to extract the preliminary items, we reviewed previous studies and analyzed the existing job stress coping scales and interviews with secondary school teachers. The validity of the contents of the preliminary questions was also verified. And then, the preliminary items were administered to 343 secondary school teachers. Exploratory factor analysis and reliability test were verified for the final item selection. As a result, a scale of 28 items consisting of five sub-factors (problem-oriented coping, self-assertive coping, support seeking coping, emotional relaxation coping, relationship-centric coping) was developed. In order to validate the developed scale, questionnaires were conducted for 373 secondary school teachers. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed on the copies of the collected data, and the correlations with the stresscoping scale, teacher job stress scale, teacher job satisfaction scale, and teacher exhaustion scale were verified. Finally, 28 items of 5 factors were found to be appropriate. Implications and limitations of the study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
