국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 불안애착과 이성관계 만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감이 매개하는지 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 대학생 245명을 대상으로 성인애착 척도, 이성관계 만족도 척도, 자기효능감 척도를 실시하였고, 설문에 성실히 응답하지 않았거나 이성관계 경험이 없다고 응답한 설문을 제외한 후 205명의 자료를 분석하였다. 선행연구에 근거하여 연구모형과 경쟁모형을 설정하였고, 연구가설의 검증을 위해 SPSS를 활용한 기초통계분석과 AMOS를 활용하여 구조방정식모형의 검증과 분석을 실시하였다. 모형 검증 결과 경쟁모형인 완전매개모형이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났고, 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 불안애착은 자기효능감에 부적인 영향을 미쳤고, 자기효능감은 이성관계 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 불안애착과 이성관계 만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감이 완전매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 의의는 불안애착과 이성관계 만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 역할을 이해한 점이다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계와 후속연구를 위한 제언에 대해 논하였다.

영문 초록

The present study aimed to investigate the mediating effects of self-efficacy on the relationship between anxious attachment and romantic relationship satisfaction in college students. A total of 245 college students participated in the study and completed questionnaires to measure their Questions about Experiences in Close Relationship, Romantic Relationship Satisfaction Inventory, and Self-efficacy Inventory. After exclusions, 205 subjects remained. Responses were analyzed utilizing basic correlational analyses and structural equation modeling. The results were as follows. 1) Anxious attachment had a direct-negative effect on self-efficacy, and self-efficacy had a direct-positive effect on romantic relationship satisfaction. 2) self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between anxious attachment and romantic relationship satisfaction. The significance of this study is to understand the role of self-efficacy in the relationship between anxiety attachment and romantic relationship satisfaction. Finally, the limitations of this study and suggestions for further research were discussed.
