부모의 심리적 통제와 청소년의 관계적 공격성과의 관계: 도덕적 이탈과 또래압력의 조절된 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 부모의 심리적 통제와 청소년의 관계적 공격성과의 관계에서 또래압력 수준에 의해 조절된 도덕적 이탈의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 설문지 조사를 통해 총 253명의 중학생 자료가 수집되었고, SPSS PROCESS Macro를 활용하여 조절된 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 부모의 심리적 통제와 청소년의 관계적 공격성과의 관계에서 도덕적 이탈의 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 둘째, 도덕적 이탈과 또래압력이 상호작용하여 관계적 공격성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모의 심리적 통제가 도덕적 이탈을 매개하여 관계적 공격성으로 이어지는 경로에서 또래압력의 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 부모의 심리적 통제가 높은 청소년은 도덕적 이탈을 많이 하게 되고 또래 관계에서 관계적 공격성을 더 많이 행하게 되는데, 또래압력이 이를 증가시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 관계적 공격성에 영향을 미치는 도덕적 이탈과 또래압력에 대한 개입 방안을 논의하고 연구의 제한점과 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to examine the moderated mediation effect of peer pressure through moral disengagement on the relationship between parental psychological control and relational aggression of adolescents. Data from 253 middle school students were analyzed using moderated mediation analysis. The results are as follows. First, moral disengagement had partial mediation effects in the pathway from parental psychological control to relational aggression of adolescents. Second, peer pressure had moderation effects in the pathway from moral disengagement to relational aggression. Third, peer pressure had moderated mediation effects through moral disengagement in the relationship between parental psychological control and relational aggression. These results showed that adolescents who experienced high levels of moral disengagement due to high levels of parental psychological control exhibited high levels of relational aggression, which can be even higher due to the peer pressure. Finally, the suggestions for interventions and limitations of this study are discussed.
