국문 초록

이 연구는 의사소통장애를 위한 협력적 팀 접근에서 언어치료에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구의 대상으로는 전국의 병원, 사설치료센터, 복지관 등에서 재직 중인 치료사 200명을 대상으로 2019년 4월부터 12월까지 설문지를 기록하는 방법으로 조사를 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 배경변인에 따른 언어치료의 전문성인식을 살펴본 결과 근무지유형, 현재직위, 담당치료영역, 경력, 협력적 팀 접근 치료경험, 현재 근무지의 언어치료사 근무여부에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 배경변인에 따른 언어치료의 필요성 인식을 살펴본 결과 근무지유형, 현재직위, 담당치료영역, 경력, 협력적 팀 접근 치료경험, 현재 협력적 팀 접근 치료실시, 현재 근무지 언어치료사 근무여부에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 배경변인에 따른 협력적 팀 접근 치료의 개선방안 요구도를 살펴본 결과 연령, 현재직위, 협력적 팀 접근 치료경험, 현재 협력적 팀 접근 치료실시, 현재 근무지 언어치료사 근무여부에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 결론적으로 의사소통장애를 위한 협력적 팀 접근 치료의 효율성 신장을 위하여 각 치료영역 전문가들 간의 초학문적 협력이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the perception of speech-language therapy in a collaborative team approach for communication disorders. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of examining the professionalism of speech-language therapy according to the background variables, significant differences were found in the type of work, current position, area in charge of treatment, experience, collaborative team approach treatment experience, and whether the language therapist worked in the current work place. Second, as a result of examining the perception of the need for speech-language therapy according to background variables, the type of work, the current position, the area in charge of treatment, the experience, the experience of collaborative team approach therapy, the implementation of the collaborative team approach therapy, and the significance of the current workplace speech therapist The difference appeared. Third, as a result of examining the demand for improvement measures of collaborative team approach therapy according to background variables, significant differences were found in age, current position, experience in collaborative team approach therapy, current collaborative team approach therapy, and current language speech therapist. Fourth, looking at the correlation between professionalism recognition, necessity recognition, and improvement plan, there was a significant correlation between language therapy professional recognition and language therapy need recognition, and there was a significant correlation between language therapy need recognition and improvement plan needs.
