국문 초록

본 연구는 현실요법 집단미술치료가 ADHD아동의 사회적 관계성 증진에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 D광역시에 거주하고 있는 초등학교 2학년으로 ADHD 진단을 받은 아동이다. 본 연구에서의 미술치료 프로그램 실행은 주 1~2회 45분씩 사전·사후 검사를 포함해 총 20회에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 본 연구에서 적용한 현실요법 집단미술치료는 선택이론을 기초로 한 Wubbolding의 현실요법이며, 프로그램 진행의 사전과 사후에 형제 관계 만족도 검사를 시행하고 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 또한, KFD 검사를 사전과 사후에 실시하고 변화를 비교 분석하였으며, 매 회기 진행에 대하여 회기별 관찰을 통해 대상자의 감정 특성 및 태도 변화를 관찰하여 기록하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 현실요법 미술치료가 ADHD아동의 사회적 관계성 증진을 통해 형제 관계 회복에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of real-life therapy collective art therapy on the social linguistic enhancement on child with ADHD. Subject to the study was second grades living in D city child with ADHD. In the study, the art therapy program was conducted one or two times a week for 45 minutes, including pre- and post- test, over a total of 20 times. The real-life therapy collective art therapy in this study is based on the theory of choice and applied therapy of Wubbolding. This was conducted with sibling relationship satisfaction tests for pre- or post- result. After applying the program, it was compared the results. In addition, the KFD inspection was conducted pre- and post- and changes were analyzed. The change in the subject s language characteristics and attitude was recorded by observing the progress of each session by the session. Research shows that real-life therapy art therapy has a positive effect on the recovery of restoration of relationship by promoting the social language on child with ADHD.
