영문 초록

Through the rapid development of our Information Communication engineering during the past thirty years, our Information Communication industry has not only played a chief role in the economic development of our country, but also greatly enhanced our position in the world market. But to confront the internation competition more effectively, sufficient supply of manpower skilled in Informational Communication technology is seriously required, and to meet this requirement, it is thought very necessary to examine the demand and supply of the manpower and their education. This thesis illustrates Electronics imports Situation for three ways : The first is to encourage the use of local products; the second is to Strengthen international competitiveness through new industrialize techniques and Centralized technique development ; the last is consolidation of new techniques for vocational education in the support of venture information processing
