교류분석 재결단을 활용한 생명존중프로그램이 중학생의 자살 생각, 자아상태 및 인생태도에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 교류분석 재결단을 활용한 생명존중 프로그램이 중학생의 자살 생각, 자아상태 및 인생태도에 미치는 효과를 살펴보기 위해 시도되었다. 이를 위하여 경상남도 소재 중학교 1학년 중 생명존중프로그램에 참여하고자 하는 20명의 학생을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 이들 중 10명은 실험집단에 배치하고 나머지 10명은 통제집단으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과, 교류분석 재결단을 활용한 생명존중프로그램을 적용한 실험집단의 자살 생각은 통제집단에 비해 유의미하게 감소하였다. 또한, 교류분석 재결단을 활용한 생명존중프로그램을 적용한 실험집단의 자아상태는 유의하지 않았고, 인생태도는 통제집단에 비해 부분적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 결과적으로, 교류분석 재결단을 활용한 생명존중프로그램은 중학생의 자살생각, 인생태도에 긍정적인 효과가 있었지만 자아상태는 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 교류분석 재결단을 활용한 생명존중 프로그램에 대한 논의 및 제한점 등이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of Life-respect program using Transactional Analysis Re-decision on the middle school students suicidal ideation, ego-state, and life position. To this end, among the first graders in middle school in Gyeongsangnam-do, 20 students who wish to participate in the life respect program were selected as research subjects. Ten of them were placed in the experiment group and the other 10 were composed of the control group. The findings of the study, suicidal ideation in the experiment group participating in Life-respect program using Transactional Analysis Re-decision was meaningfully decreased against the control group. In addition, the self-status of the experimental group applying the life-respect program using the exchange analysis decision was not significant, and the attitude of life was partially improved compared to the control group. As a result, the life-respect program using the exchange analysis decision had a positive effect on the suicidal ideation and attitude of middle school students, but the self-status was not significant. Based on these results, discussions and limitations on life-respect programs using the re-decision of Transactional analysis were presented.
