상담자 부정경험의 정서와 공감에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 상담자의 부정경험에 대해 정서수용과 자기자비훈련이 정서와 공감에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위한 연구 대상자는 1년 이상 상담을 진행하고 있는 상담자이다. 대상자 모집은 2019. 8. 13. ∼ 2019. 9. 20.(28일)에 3개의 전국 상담학회와 J 지역 상담학회 홈페이지를 통한 모집과 동시에 눈덩이 표집하였다. 대상자는 68명을 모집하였으며 최종 참여자는 60명이다. 연구 대상자는 두 집단으로 무선 배정하여 비교집단은 정서 수용을 처치하고 실험집단은 정서 수용과 자기자비훈련을 처치하는 건설 전략설계를 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여, 반복측정 분산분석(Repeated measure ANOVA)을 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 상담자의 부정경험에 대한 정서 수용과 자기자비훈련의 반복 처치는 처치 시점과 집단 간 차이에서 정적 정서, 부적 정서, 공감 만족은 통계적으로 유의하지만, 공감 피로는 유의하지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 상담자의 심리적 안녕감과 자질을 높이는 자료로 활용할 수 있다. 마지막으로 연구의 한계점 및 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study was intended to verify the effect of emotional acceptance and compassion mind training on affect and empathy for the counsellor s experience of fraud. The study participants are counselors who have been in counseling for more than a year. Recruitment was made during the period from August 13, 2019 to September 20, 2019 (28th) by recruiting research participants through the website of three national counseling institutes and J regional counseling institutes, simultaneous snowball sampling. A total of 68 people were recruited and the final participants were 60. The study subjects were wirelessly assigned to two groups, and the comparative group was treated with emotional acceptance and the experimental group was designed with construction strategy to deal with emotional acceptance and compassion mind training. Data processing was verified by the Repeated Measure ANOVA using the SPSS 20.0. The study results are as follows. The emotional acceptance of the counselor s negative experiences and the repeated treatment of compassion mind training were statistically significant in positive affect, negative affects and empathy satisfaction, but not in the empathy fatigue, at the time of treatment and between groups. These results can be used to enhance the psychological well-being and qualities of the counselor. Finally, the limitations of the research and suggestions for further research were presented.
