교류분석 집단프로그램이 알코올중독자의 자아존중감과 대인관계에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 알코올중독자의 자아존중감과 대인관계를 향상시키기 위한 교류분석 집단프로그램의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 사전 상담을 통해 자신의 문제를 해결하고자 하는 알코올중독자를 선정하여 2019년 7월 22일부터 9월 30일까지 주 1회를 기준으로 10회기에 걸쳐 매 회기 120분씩 실시하였다. 실험집단 대상자는 10명이며, 통제집단 대상자는 프로그램에 참여하지 않는 대상자 10명으로 구성하였다. 알코올중독자의 교류분석 집단프로그램의 효과 검증을 위하여 단일통제 집단 전후측정을 실시하였고, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교류분석 집단프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 자아존중감이 긍정적인 방향으로 변화되었다. 둘째, 알코올중독자의 대인관계 형성에서 개방성 요인에 유의미한 수준으로 향상되었다. 셋째, 알코올중독자의 자아상태의 변화를 질적으로 분석한 결과 자신의 자아 상태를 자각하고 타인을 이해하는 수준의 향상으로 현재 상황에서 자신이 할 수 있는 행동을 선택하고 실천하며 타인을 받아들이고 교류함에 있어 자기긍정-타인긍정의 모습으로 변화와 성장이 나타났다. 본 연구는 교류분석 집단프로그램이 알코올중독자의 자아존중감과 대인관계 향상에 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다. 연구 결과를 토대로 연구의 제한점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of Transactional Analysis group program to improve the self-esteem and interpersonal relationship of alcoholics. Subjects hoping to solve the problems of themselves were selected by preliminary counseling and were analyzed 120minutes over 10 sessions on a weekly basis from July 22 to September 30, 2019. The experimental group was composed of 10 people, and the control group was composed of 10 people not participating in the program. In order to verify the effectiveness of the alcoholic’s Transactional Analysis group program, a single control group was measured before and after, and the primary results of this study is as following. First, self-esteem has changed in a positive direction for the self-esteem of the experimental groups participating in the Transactional Analysis group program. Second, through the Transaction Analysis group program, the level of openness was significantly improved in the formation of interpersonal relationships among alcoholics. Finally, as a result of qualitative analysis of the change in the self-state of alcoholics, positive change and growth of the self-state appeared due to self-awareness and proper distribution of psychological energy utilization in interaction with others. Based on the results of the study, the Transactional Analysis group program contributed to the self-esteem and improvement of interpersonal relationships among alcoholics and suggested future research directions.
