국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 취업준비 기혼여성의 진로지향성을 측정하기 위한 척도를 개발하고, 그 타당도를 검증하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 본 연구에서는 문항개발, 예비조사, 본조사의 과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 본 연구에서는 6요인 24문항으로 구성된 취업준비 기혼여성의 진로지향성 척도를 개발하였으며, 본 연구에서 개발된 척도의 하위요인명은 창의·독자성지향, 가정역할지향, 전문성지향, 직업중심·자아실현지향,안정성지향, 경제성지향으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 본 연구에서 개발된 취업준비 기혼여성의 진로지향성 척도의 구인타당도를 검증하기 위해 모형적합도 검증과 측정모형에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 먼저 모형적합도 검증에서는 절대적합지수인 χ²／df지수와 RMSEA지수, 상대적합지수인 CFI, TLI, IFI 지수, 그리고 간명적합지수인 PNFI지수를 확인하였으며, 그 결과 6요인 24문항의 취업준비 기혼여성의 진로지향성 척도는 적합한 모형인 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 본연구에서 개발된 진로지향성 척도의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 내적 합치도(Cronbach``s α)를 산출한 결과, 창의·독자성지향이 0.71, 가정역할지향이 0.67, 전문성지향이 0.81, 직업중심·자아실현지향이 0.83, 안정성지향이 0.80, 경제성지향이 0.75로 각 요인별 신뢰도가 양호한 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 취업준비 기혼여성의 진로지향성 척도의 전체문항에 대한 신뢰도 역시 0.88로 양호한 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 취업준비 기혼여성의 진로지향성 척도의 공인타당도를 검증하기 위해 직업가치관 척도를 활용하여 상관분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 개발된 취업준비 기혼여성의 진로지향성 척도와 직업가치관 척도의 상관계수는 0.57로, 두 척도는 통계적으로 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 확인되었다.따라서 본 연구를 통해 개발된 진로지향성 척도는 취업준비 기혼여성의 진로지향성을 측정하기에 타당한 도구임을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to come up with a scale to measure career orientation for married women for employment preparation and verify the validity. According to this procedure, the results are concluded as follows. Firstly, a scale to measure career orientation for married women for employment preparation was developed. Career orientation scale in this study consists of six factors and twenty-four questions and each factor was named as creative identity orientation,family harmony orientation, professionalism orientation, occupation-centered and self-realization orientation, safety orientation and economics orientation respectively. Secondly, model fitness verification and measurement model verification were conducted to verify construct validity of married women for employment preparation. In model fitness verification, absolute fit index, which is χ²／df and RMSEA index, and relative fit index, which is CFI, TLI, IFI index and parsimonious fit index, which is PNFI index were confirmed. As a result, six factors and twenty-four questions of career orientation scale for married women for employment preparation were turned out to be a fit model. Thirdly, as a result of the computation of Cronbach``s α conducted to verify the credibility of career orientation scale developed in this study, it is found out that creative identity orientation is 0.71, family harmony orientation is 0.67, professionalism orientation is 0.81, occupation-centered and self-actualization orientation is 0.83, safety orientation is 0.80 and economic orientation is 0.75 respectively Fourthly, correlation analysis was conducted using occupational value scale to verify the official validity of career orientation scale for married women for employment preparation.
