중장년 실업자 훈련생이 인식하는 훈련서비스 품질과 심리적 안정감, 비공식적 네트워크 및 고용가능성의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 중장년 실업자 훈련생의 훈련서비스 품질과 심리적 안정감, 비공식적 네트워크 및 고용가능성의 수준과 관계를 구명하는 데 있었다. 이를 위해 2014년 중장년 취업아카데미에 참여하고 있는 훈련생(1,698명) 중에서 295명 훈련생을 표본집단으로 설정하고, 당일 출석생 전원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 최종적으로 회수된 유효응답 자료(274명)를 기술통계 및 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다.이 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, 중장년 실업자 훈련생이 인식한 훈련서비스 품질(3.99)과 심리적 안정감(3.81), 비공식적 네트워크(3.49), 고용가능성(3.40)은 모두 보통보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 중장년 실업자 훈련생의 고용가능성을 높여주는 요인은 훈련서비스 품질 중 취업준비지원, 경력지도, 학우관계이며, 사회심리적 특성 중 심리적 안정감, 비공식적 네트워크로 나타났다. 셋째, 중장년 실업자 훈련생의 심리적 안정감은 훈련서비스 품질 중 학우관계와 고용가능성의 관계에서 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 훈련기관이 지원하는 친밀한 학우관계를 통하여 고용가능성이 높아지지만, 학우관계는 훈련생 자신의 심리적 안정감을 높여주어 결국 고용가능성이 더 높아지는 구조적인 과정을 확인할 수 있다. 넷째, 중장년 실업자 훈련생의 비공식적 네트워크는 훈련서비스 품질 중 학우관계와 고용가능성의 관계에서 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 비공식적 네트워크가 큰 훈련생일수록 그렇지 않은 훈련생에 비해 학교 안에서 형성한 학우관계가 고용가능성을 높여주는 영향력이 더 크다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the level and relationships among TVET(Technical and Vocational Education and Training) service quality, psychological stability, informal networks and employability of the middle-aged unemployed vocational trainees. The standard group of the study was 295 middle-aged unemployed trainees who was participating in the vocational training program. 274 questionnaires excluding unreliable responses were used for the final analysis. In order to identify the level and relationships among employability and related variables, descriptive statistics and the hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. The finding of the study were as follows. First, the level of TVET service quality(3.99),psychological stability(3.81), informal networks(3.49) and employability(3.40) of the middle-aged unemployed trainees showed above average based on five-point scale. Second, the middle-aged unemployed than the general unemployed unlike training activities for the professional skills required in the field, have a tendency to improve employability through the careered and relational support activities. Third, it is given the intimate relationship schoolmates training institutions to support the increasing psychological stability of the middle-aged unemployed, eventually to form the structural relationships increase employability. Fourth, even in an informal networks out-of-school interpersonal relationship to larger the middle-aged unemployed has formed the structural relationships increase the employability by forming good relationships.
