정서자극 평가와 실행기능 결함이 인지적 정서조절 전략에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 정서자극 평가와 실행기능 결함이 인지적 정서조절 전략에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 성인 100명을 대상으로 정서자극 평가를 측정하기 위해 다양한 정서 경험을 유발하는 국제정서사진체계(IAPS) 자극을 제시하고, 정서가, 각성도, 지배도를 평정하도록 하였다. 실행기능은 계획 및 조직화, 정서조절, 행동조절, 부주의, 정리정돈의 5가지 요인으로 구성되고, 인지적 정서조절 전략은 조망 확대, 계획 다시 생각하기, 긍정적 초점변경, 자기비난, 타인비난, 수용, 반추, 파국화, 긍정적 재평가의 9가지 요인으로 구성되며, 자기보고식 설문을 통해 수집되었다. 분석 결과 첫째, 정서가와 적응적인 인지적 정서조절 전략이 유의미한 정적 상관, 각성도 및 지배도와 적응적인 인지적 정서조절 전략이 유의미한 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 실행기능 결함이 적응적인 인지적 정서조절 전략과 유의미한 부적 상관을 나타냈다. 셋째, 단계적 회귀분석을 통해 얻은 예측변인을 바탕으로 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 정서자극에 대한 지배도 반응이 적응적인 인지적 정서조절 전략에 유의미한 영향을 미치는데, 이때 실행기능의 하위요인인 정서조절 결함이 부분 매개효과를 가진다는 가설이 지지되었다. 끝으로 연구의 의의 및 제한점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of emotion stimuli appraisal and executive function on cognitive emotion regulation strategies. College students were asked to receive the International Affective Picture System(IAPS) test and questioned to complete the self-report checklist of Executive Function Deficits Inventory and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire. As the result of analysis, first, pleasure had positive correlation with adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Whereas, arousal and dominance had negative correlation with adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Second, executive function deficit had negative correlation with adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Third, hierarchial regression analysis was conducted based on predictor variables for stepwise regression and dominance of emotion stimuli had an effect on adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies, partially mediating by executive function deficit.
